Great pan. Haven't had any problems with the non-stick as I have read in other reviews, but I do think you have to use some oil or butter when cooking. Can't cook dry and expect it to be non-stick. Really like this pan. Would recommend

An absolute pleasure in the kitchen. Tried one whilst holidaying at a friend's place and was so impressed, immediately purchased one as gift for another friend - and it was very well received! Nothing sticks to it. The surface is astonishingly durable, and aesthetically pleasing, too. I have a whole set on my wish list for my own home.

Amazing. Most treasure pan in my kitchen right now. Holds heat really well. Notice the difference with my other brand name cookware. Plsu, with COVID hitting, our sons are sharing the load of cooking in the household, I do not have to worry about them messing this one up with metal thongs. I love it.

I purchased this pan for $95 on special. Quite an investment. It is a beautifully made pan. However, given the promotion that it’s non-stick using new technology, it was disappointing to discover the pan does not behave like usual non-stick pans.I bought it specifically to cook eggs at breakfast time. Without butter, non-stick is virtually non-existent in this pan. With butter, it’s better, but not 100% non-stick.I would not recommend this product.
Love that this pan is non-stick and stainless steel. Second size I've bought. Great for everyday use. Looks great too!
A very nice pan. Be aware that the 20cm size refers to the top of the pan which is only 14cm diameter on the bottom. It is actually quite a small pan and is barely big enough for two small steaks or two eggs and some bacon.
Great ergonomic design and beautifully weighted but everything sticks and burns. I was specifically looking for a non-stick coating so not for me.
I have a 3 year old 20cm Matrix pan which looks exactly as new as this beauty! The pans are excellent for induction cooking, no hot spots, super easy to clean and very energy efficient

Worst fry pan i have ever used. After following instructions on hot to clean the pan before use We cooked eggs with a little bit of oil in the pan and the eggs stuck to the pan. I thought ok maybe i didnt use enough oil, so the next day i cooked bacon in the pan, the bacon stuck to the pan. I then left the fat from the bacon in the pan and cooked eggs, once again the eggs stuck to the pan. I sent an email to the manufacturer and asked why this would happen, they told me to cook on a low heat and use more oil. I replied with that is a very unhealthy way to cook and i am not satisfied with the product and want a refund. I have had to send the fry pans back to Myer for a Refund pending investigation on receipt of products and after they inspect the frypans.
