This is a great pan. The non-stick surface works well and makes it easy to clean. The key is to keep the heat to a moderate level. Even a steak cooks best at medium heat. Any bits that stick to the surface can be easily wiped off. Any bits that look difficult can be left to soak for a while and then wiped off. It is heavy so use two hands when lifting the pan. I consider it to be a great buy.

Have done a few stirfrys in this wok now, and I absolutely love it! Cooks beautifully, and the deeper walls allow for larger meal sizes without the mess of overflow. Looks and feels like it’s made of good quality too! 😊

After going through a few other expensive brands that are supposed to be induction compatible, this Stanley Rogers has outperformed them all. I think it being stainless steel is what makes the difference. The other woks/pans are a non-conductive metal with some conductive metal sandwiched at the bottom whereas this wok, all the metal is having good conductivity.
Overall I am happy with this Stanley Rogers pan. It does heat up very quickly and the wide frying surface makes it very easy to cook large quantities of rice or noodles. It also retains the heat and imparts the all-important 'breath of the wok'. It heats evenly and is obviously very good quality.Is it non-stick? Yes but not in the way a traditional non-stick pan is. Traditional non-stick pans need very little extra to perform. With the SR you need to make sure the pan is well heated before putting in fish or chicken, then don't touch food until the heat and oil have sealed the bottom. I now only use wooden or silicone implements on it.Cleaning is a breeze. Even sticky sauces lift easily with hot water and a good sponge.
On closer exam, notice non-stick level is designed marginally below the stainless steel patterns of the cooking surface. This should prevent non-stick being scratched by utensils. Pan is fairly new so will be interesting to see if this last longer than all the other non-stick i have bought. Looking to purchase another 2 smaller sizes if this works out.

The product delivered didn’t match the description. Description stated 2pack: 32cm work with photo of 32cm fry pan. A normal person would assume there were 2 items in the product. But there was only one item
I ordered this wok for my husbands Birthday gift, it took a little longer to arrive but was worth the wait. This Wok would have to be the top of the line, it cooks evenly, the non-stick surface is amazing and it is very easy to clean 5 Stars to you.I also noticed that they do a frypan as well, so that may be next on the wish list.
Stanley Rogers quality shines through the moment you touch this pan, made a sticky stir fry dish and it cleaned up easily. Heats up evenly, just a total pleasure to use.
