I don’t blame FedEx. Lately, it seems to be a trend for bad sellers messing with shipping and pocketing the money. If I was selling this item and received my money immediately, I would run down to get the product verified right away and shipped out as soon as possible. So you’ll have a happy customer and great ratings. Oh no, instead took their sweet time to bring down to have it verified. StockX, you really need to rethink about reconfiguring your company and excuse me for being so blunt. Honestly, I couldn’t be the only one feeling this way, and I don’t foresee your company making it in the future if you continue to go down this road. I see other companies like eBay can do it faster and they did!I was so frustrated of waiting. I sought out another Tumbler to order from eBay two weeks after purchasing from you. I was so excited. I found a two Tumbler deal that was way cheaper, and came roughly from the same location. The kicker it came two weeks earlier than yours arrived and I thought what you got to be kidding me! I received eBay items promptly, in excellent condition, they were the real deal too!! So ecstatic for the find, the warm fuzzies and to boot extra one to give my teen for a very early Valentine day gift. I gave them an exceptional review for outstanding service. I also had the experience I was looking for from you. Y’all blew it!!So, turning your negative into some kind of a positive, the tumbler was depicted correctly. Unfortunately, it totally ruined the whole experience, the excitement and for my first time on your site. That’s really sad and disappointing. I really hope you take serious consideration listening to this review.I would feel horrible if this was my company, and especially for the buyers that are thinking seriously of spending thousands and thousands of dollars for the overly inflated prices of the rare find. I hope your company thinks long and heard about the situation and works with your sellers and you fix this horrible situation you created. That can ruin a company in a heartbeat, and the only way I can foresee why people purchase from you are the rare finds. The thing is people won’t be returning customers unless that’s what you’re all about and I really don’t think that’s the case here. Looking back at my experience, I think you have some huge changes to make.I want to thank you for allowing me to make a honest review and I hope you really take it to heart. Hope you figure it out and if you do, I would give it another try. At this point, it’s a big dealbreaker and a solid NO.🙄🥺Best of luck!... Show more

Even if I were wearing brown UGGs, I would go with the taupe, if I were wearing leggings and or all black. Here is where it gets interesting, since I like the burgundy so much, I ordered that one too. My honest opinion is is that the taupe, matches anything jeans, even with the popular Uggs that are brown. The taupe also matches anything black or Leggins. And the burgundy matches better with gray. If you brown go with that color. Do your thing, but I think we are all going to be surprised at how pretty the other two colors are! I will be returning the brown color but keeping the other two. Personally, I just need a cup that matches gray, black, dark blue, leggings, and jeans, the brown is not it for me. Hope this helps. I will add pictures to My review soon!... Show more

An employee saw me and waved me over and said “they're right here” and I walked over and grabbed one the very first one there. I saw one woman who was standing behind me who was also quietly and subtlely annoyed at the boastfulness and I waved her over and she came that way and grabbed hers too… I think the others caught on at that point because the others all turned around and came that way (running)… The women from the front of the line shouted “we were here first” and by the time they got there I think most everyone else were able to get what they wanted and these ones didn't get their “5 each”… I have my one and I am happy with that. Absolutely insane to think there are people buying them all up to just sell them at a premium or hoard them for whatever other purpose. I feel awful for all the honest people who just wanted their fair share and were unable to get it because of greed. The cups are very cute.... Show more

Betrayal and Deception: A Stanley Love Story

Listen, I’m as big of a fan of a good old fashioned, pretty, metal water bottle as the next girlie pop…BUT I have some beef with this 64oz Stanley. TikTok controls my brain and my wallet at this point, so I was HEAVILY (but very easily) influenced into buying one of these. Well, one small bank loan later, there she was – 12.44”, 1.80lbs of built tough all-American steel…or aluminum…or whatever it’s made of. The rigidity was never my concern, it was the claim of being, what they call, “leak resistant”. So it was to my shock, horror, and surprise, that after I carried my Stanley in my backpack into work, I felt a wet sensation down my backside and opened my pack to a lovely little puddle of water at the bottom. Now I’m not in the habit of cartwheeling, somersaulting, or barrel rolling into my place of employment, so I was a little discouraged when a water bottle that was, what I thought, completely upright seemed to have leaked a quarter of its contents into my backpack. Unless Stanley didn’t disclose that this water bottle performs some type of osmosis under certain conditions, I’m going to say this does far from resist leaks. Seems to encourage them, actually. All I can say to those who want to drive with one of these in their car…good luck. I took one small left turn and in 3.5 seconds my entire passenger side front seat was submerged. You really never know how much water is 64oz until you’re going 80 on the freeway and a Stanley tips over. Hindsight, I should have buckled in the water bottle, or barricaded it with something so it didn’t tip or roll, but I guess I just didn’t think I would have to worry about any of those things with…a leak resistant…water bottle…DON’T TURN YOUR BACK ON THIS WATER BOTTLE. If placed on a surface that’s 0.05 degrees off from level, just expect it to leak. Get renters insurance, or some type of homeowners insurance because if this thing goes down, you have about 5 seconds until you’re flooded. She’s a gorgeous gorgeous girl, but unfortunately has a terrible personality. After this, I’m convinced Stanley owners don’t ever move them. They just have their bottles stationary on a table, and that’s where they live for the rest of their little bottle lives. I love my big bertha, but I don’t trust her. I know Stanley carries another 64oz water bottle with the flip straw, which may help with leaking, but this one is just prettier. Plain and simple. And has the side handle. Come on.... Show more

Mine is defective

I have a collection of the 40, 30, and 64 oz. Stanley cups in several colors, as I have drank water out of these every day since April, 2022. I’ve bought these Stanley Quenchers many times over for gifts. This order (20th Stanley order?) I received my first defective one, even though it was sent to me well protected in an original manufacturer box, wrapped inside with tissue, in a Target box with air wrap. There is a black, three-dimensional spot in the middle of the cup on the back side (not the logo side). I tried to rub, wipe, and pick off the black spot to no avail. After closer examination, it may be a chip, which was there upon unwrapping from manufacturer’s tissue that surrounded the cup. This is certainly a defect from manufacturing. Perfect for staying hydrated!

The Stanley 40 oz soft touch Quencher has several notable upgrades from the standard 40oz Quencher I purchased this past summer. My must have with a tumbler cup is that it is easy to clean and the 40 Quencher meets that requirement by being dishwasher safe. Having a dishwasher safe tumbler is very helpful when it comes to running around to multiple sports, work and activities every week. The Soft Matte finish is grippy without being tough to get out of cup holders and makes it easy to hold the cup without having to use the handle. The handle grip is a great addition to an already great product and I really like the red rust color. One of my favorite features is the advanced FlowState lid that helped ensure my beverage stayed in the cup when being carried around, ... MoreThe Stanley 40 oz soft touch Quencher has several notable upgrades from the standard 40oz Quencher I purchased this past summer. The Soft Matte finish is grippy without being tough to get out of cup holders and makes it easy to hold the cup without having to use the handle. The handle grip is a great addition to an already great product and I really like the red rust color. One of my favorite features is the advanced FlowState lid that helped ensure my beverage stayed in the cup when being carried around, sharing it with my toddler or tucked into the side of my work bag on my way into work. The seal that helps hold the straw in place is a nice addition to the FlowState lid, my straw does not fall out or move around when I am moving my Quencher around. This tumbler is great at keeping my beverage of choice cold and ice stays intact all day long, even after multiple refills, the ice lasts during an entire work day and I have to dump some out before I clean it out for the night. If I have one critique - on the second day of using my new tumbler, my cup fell over on the ground outside and the soft matte tour off of the bottom, exposing the stainless steel. I became a bit more cautious to test its durability, but I have had no other issues since I have kept it away from the ground. I was disappointed the first time using my cup that my handle was a little loose but overall the handle has worked great and it is only slightly loose so it really doesn't bother me much. I think one thing that would be a great addition to add when purchasing this tumbler would be a straw brush; I have a straw brush long enough to clean this straw but it is the same one I use to clean our hiking water bags. I would love to have a brush that I can easily store on a day to day basis.Overall, this is a great tumbler with upgrades that support the rush and sell out of this product every time Stanely releases more inventory. I would recommend this product to any of my friends and family! Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this tumbler to test and review!... Show more

Pretty color, but…..

So I have a lot of re-usable cups/mugs/tumblers; I vary depending on my mood, but they all average around 20 - 24 oz. Saw the Stanley 40 oz quencher in Pomelo and fell in love - the prettiest shade of pale yellow that I had to buy it. I actually bought two - one to just keep at work, and one to always stay in my car so I can stay better hydrated as I drive a LOT between 3 states. So, a few things that bugs me:1) When this tumbler is full, it’s insanely heavy, and the handle feels awkward to grasp - it feels like WAY too much weight on the handle. I end up sliding my hand inside the handle so my hand cups the tumbler but I still have to hold it with my other hand because it is REALLY heavy when full. I have read a lot of reviews between here and the Stanley website where people have issues with the handle breaking. I would assume it’s because of the weight issue when full which a plastic handle can’t continuously take. I know Stanley offers a “lifetime warranty” so I would recommend if you buy it, save your receipt and the SKU label just in case. And maybe don’t fill it up all the way.2) It’s a bit “top heavy” when full due to the narrower base (car cup-holder design) and can tip easily if you accidentally bump into it even slightly. I have to be careful where I set my tumbler down due to this. I love the color, but the design could use some tweaking.... Show more

The stainless steel build ensures that it's not only robust but also resistant to scratches and dents, making it ideal for a busy teacher and mom of active boys. The 40 oz. capacity is perfect for those who prefer to stay hydrated without the constant need for refills. I especially love that the straw allows hands-free hydration while I’m working on lesson plans on my computer. I appreciate how well it maintains the temperature of my water because I often go hours without the ability to stop for a quick drink. I only use this tumbler for water, but I am sure this Stanley tumbler delivers on its promise for both hot and cold beverages. Although it is not leak-proof, the lid is easy-to-use which adds to the overall convenience. You can take the straw out and twist the top closed or twist it open to sip your drinks straw-free. In summary, you can’t go wrong with Stanley and can feel confident knowing this is a fantastic investment for anyone in need of a reliable and stylish beverage companion. Stanley and Hearth & Hand with Magnolia have truly delivered a product that combines practicality with a touch of elegance. Highly recommended! P.S. Restful Green is BEAUTIFUL. My photos show the color in shadow/poor lighting, flash lighting, and warm interior lighting to show how the color may vary in different lighting. I did not use any filters in my photos. It reads as a gray-green in person (not too gray, though). This color is what finally sold me on buying a Stanley. I didn’t get the hype until now. It’s surprisingly lightweight and I don’t have to refill as often. Win-win!... Show more

Things changed when Academy sent me a teaser e-mail about the new design made exclusively for them by Stanley. The bright, happy, psychedelic colors lured me in, so I anxiously awaited the day I could purchase one. Once I did, I didn't regret it. It's even cuter in person! There are only 2 things I don't like. The first is having an open straw that I can't seal closed. I know I can solve this with a straw cap, but it's not ideal. I see why they designed it this way since it can work for both left-handed and right-handed people, but it does take a little time and patience sometimes to get it on right. Overall, I love this mug and am now officially a member of the "Big, Dumb Mug" Club, but I'm not mad about it. :)... Show more

Stanley Quencher Tumbler - Wrong
2 May 2024
I ordered the Stanley Quencher Tumbler in a 30 oz size, Pool color, and received a Stanley Quencher Tumbler in Pool color but in the 40 oz size. Waited a week to get it in the mail for my 88 year old mother (especially in the smaller size due to weight, lifting issues) and was disappointed I received the larger tumbler. Most of you reading this will be younger than 88 and probably won’t understand that the 30 oz cup is heavy without water in it, let alone the weight of a 40 oz cup. (A gallon of water or milk weighs 8.5 pounds, more than an average newborn baby.) So when I saw the 40 oz cup I knew I’d have to return it and wait for the replacement 30 oz cup to arrive.
