I absolutely love this little guy. This is wonderfully useful as a warmed serving dish for a family of two. The graphite grey glaze is truly beautiful- much prettier than the photo. We also have the .75 petite french oven in graphite grey, which is great for serving side items like rice or vegetables. These and our other Staub cast iron pieces make our little daily meals feel so elegant. Ordering from Everything Kitchens was top notch.

I love the beautiful shiny finish on Staub; it such an eye catcher. But the inside is the real selling point with its black enamelling; it browns beautifully, keeps dishes hot and cleans up like a breeze.This dish is perfect for a pie, but my favorite is any hot appetizer. You can begin your dish on the stove and finish it in the oven. Straight to the table for perfect serving!

This baking dish/braiser is a perfect way to serve the right amount without a lot of leftover. Also good for side dishes. The lid fits snugly, retains moisture and self bastes. Serve directly from the dish, it looks beautiful on the table. The enamel coated cast iron is easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Cast iron is the best for slow cooking.

This is an essential baker to have in any kitchen. This is the perfect round baker for all the desserts, as well as parker rolls, rice dishes, pasta, honestly any side dish. This is a great baker to incorporate cooking with the lid; Staub’s heavy lids help from preventing heat escaping, creating a vessel that will cook thoroughly. This is a great piece to have and the graphite color looks great!
What a gorgeous way to present individual servings of the most heart warming comfort foods. Excellent for make-ahead dishes. Chicken Cacciatore. Cassoulet. Japanese Kare. Prepare and portion. Pop in the oven for heating and finishing. Roasting vegetables and even rice side dishes do very well in this pan. And for dessert, just pull out a favorite recipe. The heat management properties of cast iron can't be beat.
My son dearly loves eggs poached in a tomato based sauce and you mop up the yolks with hearty garlic bread (yum!). Various cultures do different takes on this, the Italian version recipe is uovo fra’diavolo, The Mexican version has cumin/chili/etc. Since he is a teenager, he can eat this whole pot - it's perfect for a two to share - eating straight from the pot. It's shallow enough but the covered lid makes it so the eggs really can poach and cook the tops. The enameled interior makes it easy to clean and I don't have to worry about the tomato acid doing anything to the iron.

I love these little covered Staub pans. I have two of them. They're good for cooking on my induction cooktop and also perfect for baking individual meals in the oven. I love that the pans have lids. Before cooking, I rub the interiors of the pans with a high temperature cooking oil (e.g. avocado oil) so baked food releases easily and cleanup is quick. Each pan holds a perfect amount for an individual meal. Serving hot meals in these pans makes me feel like I'm at a restaurant!
I love using this dish for hot dips for parties. The enameled cast iron is easy to use and maintain. No seasoning required and it cleans easily with soap. The matte texture gives great browning. The natural properties of cast iron heat evenly and hold heat for a long time so it stays hot on the buffet. Its great to use both on the stovetop and in the oven.
