Staub Ceramic Artichoke Cocotte 15cm Dark Green

There are two reasons to buy this ceramic artichoke cocotte: because when you make something using artichokes you want to be cooked perfectly and presented it just right. Or you just love artichokes (I do too) and you that little bit of green whimsy goes well in your kitchen.This little cocotte is great for the all American Artichoke dip and because you can bake in it too, it can be made and presented in the same dish. Spinach dip and onion dip present beautifully in it too.I use it to serve artichoke soup, a California thing. I've also used them to serve vegetable stews. Between the deep green color and the contrast of vegetables, this fun dish will liven any table.

Coloration just okay

This piece is a nice shape, but I agree with at least one reviewer that the color could be nicer. Mine is a shade of murky green and it is almost completely monotone. I think it could use some highlights to bring out the individual petals. They look very indistinct now.

Cute cocotte!

I just recently purchased the Staub Artichoke Cocotte. The cooking and serving vessel is beautiful with every detail. I have other Staub pieces and always wanted to collect some of the veggie vessels. Food is cooked uniformly and looks great. I'm going to purchase more pieces for gift giving.

Gorgeous and perfect size

This artichoke cocette is the perfect size to make a single serving of soup or a dip to share as part of an appetizer. Would make a wonderful addition to a charcuterie setting on butcher paper. Love that it can go oven to microwave to dishwasher. So versatile and a vibrant color. Bought another as a gift as well!

It’s SO cute!

I’m obsessed with the small Staub artichoke serving dish! The quality and craftsmanship are amazing! I bought this little artichoke not only to use for serving warm dips but to display in my one glass cabinet in my kitchen. I’m very pleased and looking forward to adding the tomato and pumpkin to my collection! This is a piece I hope to be able to hand down to one of my children.

Just what I was looking for!

I’ve been needing the perfect sized vessel to serve dips and sauces, and this adorable artichoke shaped one fits the bill. I like that it has a lid and I can serve cold dips or even put it in the oven. Plus it looks pretty on my shelf! Really glad to add this to my collection.

One for me and one for you!

We were originally looking for a gift for Mother’s Day and we quickly thought of Staub. We knew anything we chose would be great quality with a playful touch. We absolutely loved this artichoke cocotte the second we saw it. We loved it so much we decided to order one for ourselves too! It looks even better in person and so glad we purchase two!

Perfect for dips

This little Cocotte is perfect for dips. I've used it for artichoke dips and salsa. You can also use this as a personal soup bowl if you'd like. The exterior is really nice and can be used as a display when not in use. I'm sure there are other things you can use this for but this is simply a joy to have in my kitchen.

SO CUTE

This ceramic artichoke coquette is adorable! It was one of the first things I added to our wedding registry when I decided I wanted Staub products and I’m SO HAPPY to finally have it! It was backordered for nearly a year on Wayfair, but arrived today! It’s a gorgeous color and will look great in my green kitchen. Also a great size perfect for dips or individual servings! I’m so pleased!

Small adorable mini cocotte

This mini cocotte is smaller than I expected (it is MINI! holds one cup, is about the size of a small soup bowl). It is super cute, is a good size for dip appetizer for 4-6 people. The lid does not sit securely on the cocotte like it does for other staub products (such as casserole) but kind of sits on top with small gaps between the lid and the base. The color is uniform— in product photos it looks more variegated than it actually is. I will be using it mostly for its looks, it is just so stinkin cute.
