Hmmm... what can I make something in the pretty grenadine pot! when I fell for this pot i didn;'t know I could still get basting spikes like my other Staub pieces so I was pleasantly surprised that they figured out how to solve that problem. well worth the wait to get this beauty!

This French Oven in blue is just stunning. It makes cooking and serving so much fun. It performs beautifully on my induction range. This is the perfect and largest size we need for our small family. I purchased the Staub 2.75 qt Cocotte in Grenadine in the same order, which is equally splendid. These are my first experiences with Staub products and needless to say I am hooked.

The Lily embossed French oven in blue is the most beautiful piece of cookware that I have ever purchased! I currently have the smaller French oven and am so excited to use this one! All of the Staub French ovens will give you the best cooking experience ever! Foods come out moist, full of flavor, and remain hot. The French Oven is enameled and easy to clean. No more scrubbing!

This pot is so beautiful and easy to use & clean. I have been using it so frequently. Just love it so much! And the color? Absolutely one of my favorites. I have no complaints, only the praises for this product.
Staub is my favorite cookware.I have both Le Creuset and Staub.Both are excellent, cook well and really with no difference. The cleaning is easier withStaub.I started cooking with Le Creuset more than 50 years ago. Most of my pieces have awhite interior. I prefer the black interior of the Staub cookware.
I’ve just begun cooking with Staub Dutch ovens. I’ve been a devotee of LeCreuset for years. Zwilling had Staub pieces on sale so I decided to try one. This is my second purchase actually. My test recipe for the 3.75 qt Dutch oven was risotto. The self-basting lid kept the rice from sticking, it resulted in a more creamy finish. I also appreciate the beauty and durability of Staub cookware. It’s especially lovely when you have the time to simmer a dish on low all day. It is heavy to be sure but it’s worth every ounce and penny. It also makes your kitchen very attractive. ☺️
There really isn't anything like the sculpted, molded and debossed (vs embossed) cast iron cookware from Staub. The designs and shapes they have created demonstrate how unique their processes are. This lily pattern, in this deep French-flag blue is stunning. And as beautiful as these pieces are, they are also rock solid performers as cookware. Designed for both stove top and oven cooking, you can prepare the food and serve in the same piece. Brilliant!
I have been a fan of Staub for a while. I love the enamel coating. It makes cooking in cast iron so much easier. There is no seasoning necessary. It is easier to clean because it can be soaked and be cleaned with soap. The matte texture allows for great searing, browning and easy release. This new rounder shape is great. Its easy to stir and combined with the chiseras on the underside of the lid evenly distributes moisture making great rice and grains. The nice lilly design on the outside is a nice bonus. It looks as nice sitting out on my stovetop or table.
