Endless Passion customer service is excellent as usual.The complaint is the product itself, which should do a lot better at that price point.Sonar or the steelseries software gg. It will take over your Windows sound setting, which means u have to control all your input and output settings using it. shortcuts u created will all be useless. Bad for normal users and streamers.The magnetic shields at both earcups is finger print magnets.Volume at the highest setting is not as loud as others.The sonar eq does not provide clarity to footsteps. Sennhensier/EPOS GSX1000/1200 can do it at a cheaper price.It is rather uncomfortable compared to Hyperx Cloud Flight and Drop PC37X/38XThis shd not be a 600/500 or 400 dollar headset. Probably valued at 300.

Good headphones. Sound quality overall is very good. Got it as an upgrade from some old Astro 10s I’ve been using for years so the upgrade in sound quality from the astros to these headphones is nice. In regards to the mic quality, I’ve been told I still sound the same but the headphones do a good job at noise suppression. The battery last me around 3 days before I have to switch to the other pack. A very easy set up, overall 10/10

When it comes to audio/video, to each their own and everyone has their personal preference. After having owned/tested several high end gaming headsets, I have to say that my vote goes to these Arctis Nova Pro wireless headsets.The design and the quality of these headsets are amazing. They fit my ears perfectly, have a luxury feeling and are very comfortable to wear even for a long period of time. The headset is comfortable to wear for a decent amount of time. I like the look and having the station to control the audio presets. However, I have yet to use it for one full session on either my PS5 or my computer where the sound quality didn't get static and lose quality. I have also had a multitude of problems with the headset essentially freezing while viewing videos/movies. There have also been a lot of issues where removing the battery from the headset was necessary as it began turning off and on, connecting to the station, and disconnecting over and over again. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in this purchase and feel that at the price point these issues should not exist. These new gaming headphones are amazing! We set them up to my daughter switch that’s connected to our living room entertainment system and she has a new found passion for gaming. She’s nine and now loves to talk to her friends who are also playing online particularly Fortnite. Connecting them to the switch was incredibly easy and the sound quality is fantastic. I will say that the UI on the little device that connects to the gaming system is not very intuitive. Navigating to different sections and being able to go back if you land in the wrong spot is very confusing.The other part that’s not great is the battery life when just using them via Bluetooth connected to either a phone or a laptop for listening to music. [Rewarded Review] Not what i expected considering the praise and hyp

I purchased this headset after watching and reading many reviews. It was tauted as equal if not better than other premium gaming headsets such as its competitor astro a50 which ive used that brakd and product line for years and only switched to see if i was missing out. I can say after experiencing connection issues and sound quality i can truly say im not impressed and regret the purchase. In fairness many of my friends swear by the brand and product but they have all questioned and noted the issues ive been having with the headsets. A great feature is the battery system which i comes with 2 batteries and the base recharges the spare. Other than that my opion and experience has been less than ideal considering the price.

I actually would've liked to have kept these but as well as they performed on PC, on PS5 a quality experience was too hit or miss. Maybe it was 2.4 GHz channel interference but I've had other headphones work fine in my environment. I didn't bother with bluetooth connection, just want to plug & play so to speak. This would've been a 5 star rating if PS5 performance was consistent.

I like the versatility of them because they can be used with XBOX, PC, & Playstation. I use both XBOX & PC so these work for both. In fact, they work with my phone also, by just using the audio cable provided in the box. These headphones are heavyset and durable. They are really comfortable to wear with thick padded and puffy earpieces that cover and overlap my ears. The head strap adjusts and fits nicely as well without slipping. I can wear these for hours.
