Wrote extensively on this but was "reset" near the end - not prepared to repeat. Damaged on assembly by Officeworks with a 'patched' repair. Not prepared to rate product. Second store in saga rates FIVE Stars, first encounter < 1.

Love these drawers. The are a great build quality and come pre-assembled (which was a welcome bonus)... I just had to put on the handles and the wheels. Took no time at all. Runners on the drawers are smooth... just feels like a quality product. Really happy with it,

I bought this pedestal online after reading reviews, and quite happy I did.The item matched the description and colour advertised, and it came almost fully assembled with only the casters and handles to put on (manual provided and it was quite easy). Delivery was quick within the week.The product feels quite durable and the drawer system works smoothly on ball bearings. All three drawers are lockable at once.The manual explains how to remove the drawers completely if needed, although I didn't try this.I keep the pedestal in my home office for the printer to sit on (photo attached), and use the first two drawers for stationery and sundries, while the third, being the deepest, is a filing drawer. Got the item, and it was broken, got a replacement and it was broken in the same place again.... The wood is chipped in the bottom drawer near the screw (see image attached). There seems to be quality control issues with this product.
Great product. Good build, amazing quality of materials and very sturdy. Would suit someone who wants a top quality office and a warm, elegant look & feel.
These drawers exceeded my expectations. They come pre-assembled which is great, and the drawers have a smooth and quiet action. Build quality feels solid and clean. Bottom drawer is nice and deep. I'd prefer black to the woodgrain, but that's the only negative. I particularly like how there's a soft "cushioning" feel when closing drawers the whole way. Other drawers don't do this as well as these. It gives the drawers a premium feel.
