I only use a couple of facial pads and the job is done.\n\nThis is so much easier than having to first use an eye/lip makeup remover and then use a facial cleanser to remove makeup and cleanse my skin. The micellar cleansing water does all of that in just one easy step. Now I am quite strict with my cleansing routine morning and night, using two cleansers every time, but sometimes (and I know we all do this!) I just can't be bothered removing makeup and cleansing my skin the proper way. Micellar water is so much better than using facial wipes in more ways than one and my skin feels better too! I usually get a breakout or two when using facial wipes (probably because they contain so much alcohol) but with Sukin's Micellar Water I haven't had any breakouts.\n\nThe price point for this product is very affordable and the bottle will last me a long time before it needs replacing.\n

Caudalíe is one of the few brands I will splurge on with a haul, as you can see. I repurchased the Micellar Cleansing Water because I had emptied my original. I love love love cleansers of any kind basically and cleansing is one of my favorite steps in my routine. I add this cleansing water to a cleansing pad/puff like those by Halo or Elf instead of a cotton round. The grape water that Caudalíe uses is what made me a loyal customer due to the amazing benefits that the grape vine provides. The only thing that some may not be too enthused about is the fragrance in the products, however, it is balanced enough that the scent isn’t extremely overwhelming. As far as tossing my empties I try to reuse a lot of bottles by cleaning them out then adding regular purified water ... MoreCaudalíe is one of the few brands I will splurge on with a haul, as you can see. I decided to read the information from the bottle again, and it is clearly written there, Caudalie micellar water removes makeup, but why then do I also try my third attempt could not delete? The second time I decided to try some water on a very light everyday makeup, without gel eyeliner, but with BB cream and lipstick. My favorite mascara which is removed without problems with water and light mousse, Micellar water from two applications was not completely removed., BB cream more or less removed only the second time (the second cotton pad with water), lipstick, light not resistant, also removed from the second times using a new disk. Lasting lipstick and liquid matte, too, persistent lipstick, does not remove even the second time. To summarize, I can only say that I regret buying Caudalie micellar water, it does not cope with makeup removal at all, and it’s not worth the money for which it are selling.

Sukin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water is great make up remover. I use this on a cotton pad to remove my makeup inc foundation, lipstick and mascara. I only have to use this twice to get rid of all my make up. With other Micellar makeup removers I have to use it multiple times to get rid of all my make up. This removes make up really quickly without drying my face. After removing my make up my face feels super soft and hydrated. If you wear make up on a daily basis like me this don’t be afraid to give this Sukin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water a go.

Effectively cleans makeup off gently

Love this. It does a great job of removing makeup, it’s infused with chamomile, aloe Vera and cucumber which is so soothing on my skin and helps stop any redness. It’s super easy to use, I just add some to a cotton ball or cotton pad and it easily removes all traces of makeup, even mascara and dirt and grime from the day. It doesn’t dry my skin out, though I do follow up with a good moisturiser. It comes in a brown bottle with flip top lid which is handy as it means no spillage and it’s super economical. I will be buying the Sukin naturals cleansing micellar water again and would definitely recommend it

I was curious about this company and decided to try their micellar water offering. If you are familiar with micellar water, it often has a weightiness and viscosity well beyond typical water. And this does. It spreads easily with a small amount on a cotton pad. Goes on smoothly and leaves a small tingling feeling I attribute to deep cleansing. It isn't a burn, nor is it unpleasant or long lingering. I wish that the size of the bottle was more generous, however I can tell it is going to take a while to finish the bottle. Definitely worth keeping in rotation, especially in colder months when you need a boost of moisture alongside cleansing.

Love it, but will only buy again if they switch to glass packaging
9 August 2022

I love the smell of this products and the clean ingredients, but I hate the fact that it is in a plastic bottle. It seems hypocritical to me that Sukin, a company that markets themselves as "natural" and "carbon neutral" would use plastic for their packaging. This is a material that is endlessly harming our planet. Not to mention the endocrine disrupters from plastic leaching into our products..

Miss The Old Formula
16 May 2021

I’m a little disappointed this time around, the formula has changed and this one is unfortunately a bit drying for me. Still smells lovely, the familiar scent stayed the same thankfully. No redness issues, no irritation, still gentle as the old formula. However I used to use the Caudalie micellar water along with Tatcha’s dewy cream during the winter and their water cream during all other seasons. Using this new formula, as well as a hyaluronic serum and following with my usual water cream, my skin is dry to the point of flaking. Unfortunately this one also doesn’t play well with the dewy cream, I find the two don’t absorb well and I end up with dried product flaking off, similar to pilling, just a couple hours later. Would likely work great for someone with combo ... MoreI’m a little disappointed this time around, the formula has changed and this one is unfortunately a bit drying for me. Not a big fan of this Micellar water. It had a weird scent that I could not pinpoint what it smelled like. It was kinda hard to use because you can’t squeeze the bottle so you have to shake the product out and then sometimes that pours out too much product and is wasteful. Not good quality. I have sensitive skin and this product also made me breakout. Overall, not a fan of this product. I can find a cheaper miscellar water that works better and doesn’t make me breakout.

11 February 2023

This is ok, not the best not worst micellar cleansing water I've bought but definitely not the best. It doesn't leave my skin feeling very fresh and it does tend to dry it out a little so I use it after a cleansing balm to remove residue and the wash the micellar water off with water after which does the trick (although kind of defeats the object of a micellar water somewhat!) I will continue to use this up but won't buy this again. Definitely suited to a more oily skin type.
