I have been trying to avoid sulphates and silicones in my shampoos/conditioners for the last 6-7 years. I started out using sukin shampoo/conditioner but there was only one option I think at the time and I ended up changing/trying other brands because I didn't like the smell of the sukin one (too much citrus for me). However, every brand I tried ended up giving me horribly flaky/itchy scalp and I couldn't go 4-5 days without getting really thick build up on my scalp. I decided to give sukin another go, and by this time they had a wider range of shampoos including the Micellar. I decided to try this one due to the suggestion it was good for dandruff/sensitive skin etc... I decided to try this one due to the suggestion it was good for dandruff/sensitive skin etc... I started out having to wash every 2-3 days mainly because of oil build up (had briefly reverted back to sulphates for a while to clear my scalp issues) so I had to re-transition. I was surprised with how conditioned my hair was after the first wash. Usually natural conditioners never quite cut it but I was able to brush without any knots. I have been using this shampoo/conditioner for about 6 weeks now and I have been surprised to find that my scalp doesn't seem to be getting the build up it used to with other low poo shampoos. I am day 8 post my last wash and my hair is in surprisingly good shape and doesn't look that greasy. My scalp has minimal build up. Before, after 3-4 days of washing if I were to scratch my head I would have had massive flaky buildup caught under my fingernails (gross). I am just starting to get some build up now on day 8 (was going to wash on day 7 but my hair seemed fine so am interested in how far I can push it). I would love to be able to go 2-3 weeks without washing and might just be able to achieve that with this shampoo/conditioner. Many have commented they don't get clean hair with this shampoo or that they have build up/residue after the first wash. This is definitely part of the transition period to using this shampoo. Allow a good 2-3 weeks, you may have to wash daily or every 2-3 days in the beginning. I did initially. But after about 3-4 weeks I was able to push my shampoo out to 5-6 days and now I think I will be able to push it out to weekly or possibly longer. Will depend on how my scalp goes. The only thing I don't like about this shampoo is the initial smell of it when you are lathering it onto the hair. However, once out of the shower and my hair starts to dry, the chamomile comes out better and the smell is more enjoyable. Once dry I don't notice any smell at all.

It’s my favourite products. I gave alot of issues with cleaning products for my hair. I am very sensitive been searching for something that works! This conditioner is so nice and smells amazing! And the best part my scalp don’t itch or hurt or get irritated. Love it! Need to make the shampoo and conditioner in 1l bottles please!

I'm sorry Sukin, but this product needs work! I'm presently at Chemist Warehouse trying to return it but to my disappointment due to COVID its not possible (I've never tried to return a beauty or toiletries product in my 36 years of life which tells you something!). My husband and I gave it two tries each, with the same awful results. Firstly it feels like its a conditioner (it coats your hair with something that's difficult to wash off with running water). Then a weird interaction happened when we used our regular conditioners.. it felt like the conditioner was not working and that it was having the opposite effect! The sensation was that it was stripping whatever the hair had been coated with,a long with everything else with the result that the hair became grippy ... MoreI'm sorry Sukin, but this product needs work! We tried 3 conditioners, and even reapplied twice to no avail. After my second attempt this morning using a new conditioner, with the same result, I gave up and had to wash everything out with another shampoo (twice!), and use an intensive conditioner to get my hair back to some degree of normality. It still feels grippy, dry and frizzy. My husband commented seperately that his curly long hair also felt frizzy and dry, and asked if I could buy another shampoo for him. What can I say except, what in the world is in this shampoo thats causing this? Perhaps some more testing is required with a range of conditioners to confirm what's causing these negative effects.

I have a very sensitive scalp and this shampoo saved me after trying so many other brands! The quality of the ingredients and the fact they are non toxic makes a huge difference and I am grateful this shampoo exists. Makes also my hair soft and clean for days without any itching.
This shampoo smells so good! It really dried out my skin and hair though. My hair felt like straw after 3 weeks of use and my scalp got so dry I had scabs all in my hair. My husband tried it aswell and said his scalp was so dry and itchy from it he couldn’t stand. It’s too bad because it smells so good and there aren’t any harsh ingredients. It all depends on you though! If you have sensitive skin and prone to dry scalp, I wouldn’t recommend this.
Hundreds of different types of shampoo all my life finally found a gentle no build up shampoo. Bonus makes my hair silky smooth and I air dry my hair after wash now . And I don't use conditioner after . But since it's awesome shampoo I do still want to try the matching conditioner. In truth to my review i stumbled with the company natural lines with a body lotion for sensitive as a birthday gift fro hubby . Lotion made order my 1st sets to self love ❤️
I have used this sensitive conditioner for a number of years and initially found it used to be OK, but now it is either too runny or it is too solid and hard to get out of the bottle. It is not doing anything to add softness to my hair and you seem to have to use twice as much because it just dissolves very quickly. I had also requested a call back from Sukin to discuss which they seem to avoid at all costs! I`m not the only one having these issues (see other reviews) I won't be buying this product again!
Firstly, let me say that I rarely write reviews.Due to my scalp being so hypersensitive, I have only been able to use one brand of shampoo which is difficult to get. I decided to try Sukin Sensitive Shampoo and to my amazement, it doesn't burn my scalp. It also smells beautiful and leaves my hair soft and shiny. Thank you Sukin for producing such a lovely Shampoo. Please please don't ever change the formula or discontinue this product. 10/10.
I’ve been using Sukin products for over 6 years and absolutely love them. I decided to try this new sensitive micellar conditioner because it doesn’t contain silicone and am really disappointed. It’s so runny and doesn’t get absorbed by the hair leaving it really dry. I’ve used it for three weeks but will be throwing the rest out and going back to another Sukin conditioner. I absolutely love the brand and this is the first product I’m disappointed in.
The best conditioner for my dry, psoriasis scalp! My hair loves this conditioner, makes it feel thick and light. You have to experiment with the right amount as at first I used too much, then too little. The consistency is different than other conditioners but once you adjust, it is the best!
