This one was a replacement. It is an awesome frypan. Good size for 1-2 people. Easy clean and doesn't take up too much bench space.The thermostat goes into overdrive a bit too much at times which can be annoying but you know it's not going to burn your food otherwise.

A Reverse Review

Is this the ultimate reverse reviewI got this Skillet home, and not even out of the box. My good lady wife saw it and effusively thanked me, with the rider that it was the wrong one, because she really wanted the Kambrook Skillet with the glass lid, so she could see the Omelette actually cooking. So, being the good husband, I brought the unpacked box back to the Hyperdome store. The wonderful gentleman at the front counter started the paperwork while I went and got hold of the 'correct' item. When I got back to the front counter, the wonderful gentleman mentioned that even though the Kambrook Skillet cost more, he could do it for the same price. Perfect result all round. Everybody is now exceedingly happy. Thank you 'Good Guys'. Another case of winner winner, chicken (omelette) dinner!!!

A Small but very impressive skillet

I especially bought this little skillet for my airbnb guests toUse for their one or two night stays . It doesn’t take up much room in the cupboard . It’s easy to clean and has a tough, unscrstchable surface . I was alsoImpressed with the small price . I Highly recommend this skillet

Awesome!

Having recently downsized, I found that we only needed a smaller frypan. This little beauty is just perfect for us. Great temperature control. Fantatic cooking base. So glad I found it here at the Good Guys. Was really having trouble sourcing one as my old one was sorta dying. Very pleased with my purchase.

Can't fault this pan

I received this as a birthday gift this month and, although I have many kitchen appliances, this is my go-to for most of my cooking needs. It heats very quickly and temperature is very easy to control. I have even cooked steaks on it and they were done to perfection. It is also extremely easy to clean - just wipe over with kitchen paper in most cases. Highly recommend this pan.

Well this has certainly made my life, and especially my clean up, extremely easy and quick. Absolutely fantastic skillet. Washed and seasoned first, then put it straight to work. Finally have an omelette that stays an omelette, and does not end up becoming scrambled eggs due to sticking. Heats extremely fast, and temp settings are easily variable enough that I can get it exactly at the temp I need it. Awesome lid, which really does miracles at containing the heat, and although I have not used it as an oven, I can easily see how it would work efficiently using it in that style or method. Very simple to clean up. Have done omelette to eggs to steak, and cooks perfectly every time. The non stick coating certainly appears very solid, and based on using only silicon utensils, soft cloth for cleaning, as well as seasoning after each use, I am sure this skillet and the non stick coating will last many years. Very happy with this skillet, and would easily recommend to others.

Great for the Caravan

Bought this for my caravan. Just the right size for easy meals. The high dome lid makes it easy to roast a small chicken in this pan plus a few veg. Light weight and easy to store so no need for extra bulky appliances which are tricky to transport and take a too much counter space. Only thing I would have liked would be precise temperature settings rather than Low, Med, High.

Handy and economical

This handy little skillet is a marvel.It’s easy to use and distributes heat evenly, a wonderful feature not found in other frying pans that l had previously.It’s fantastic for steaks, pancakes, vegetables, chops and other dishes l haven’t tried yet.Well worth the low price l paid.Most happy with my purchase.I highly recommend it.

LOVE the Sunbeam Electric skillet.

Fabulous multipurpose small electric frypan. Have had many of these over many years, and it is versatile, hard-wearing, easy to clean. The perfect accompaniment to any cook's kitchen. For quick morning scrambled eggs, late evening crepes.... it can handle pretty much anything. If you're gentle with the coating, this pan will last you a long, long time.

Stuck with non-stick

I only bought this reluctantly. I have been through about 3 (ordinary non-stick) in the past 7 years. I very much like the skillets, but the non-stick surface proves unsatisfactory every time, last one not even lasting 12 months. This is billed as "lasting twice as long than ordinary non-stick" so I guess I'll find out eventually. But what I really wish is that some one would make a stainless steel skillet.
