Does the job OK under a treadmill. But on thicker carpet, it easily bunches up and has large dents under the feet of the machine. There should be an option for an extra thick/stiff floor mat. This particular mat would be best on hard floors or commercial-type non-padded carpet

I am recovering from an 8 level back surgery with hardware and I needed something that I could do for cardio. I love my new Bike. It’s very easy to ride and very comfortable. I’m only 5 feet tall and my feet reach the pedals and it’s very comfy!

I purchased this floor mat for my Maxtrainer Bowflex. The length and thickness of the mat are perfect. the width of the mat was only an inch too small. The machine used to move all over the bare hardwood floor but the floor mat has made the machine very stable even during high resistance training programs. The cost of the floor mat was half the price of the mat offered on the Bowflex website.

These Mats fit all and each exercise piece perfectly ! I even purchased large for my pilates machine! They are thick and very sturdy! I am waiting for the xs for my glider! very pleased,also with frequent updates as to when their delivery will be!! very pleased!
Was looking to buy excersize floor tiles but thought they may not do well on carpet so I bought this mat instead for stretching and excersizes, not for a treadmill. It does a good job on carpet but needs a lot of carpet tape to stay put. Wish it was a tad wider and thicker. But all in all, its a good item. No chemical smells detected.
Bought to put my Weight organizer on. A perfect size, lifht weight but sturdy. I will be purchasing anorher one for my weight bench. A perfect addyto any home gym.
This mat was a piece of plastic or linoleum with a felt backing. I was expecting a rubber mat that is usually used with gym equipment. Note: I’ve received this email on several occasions and have given two stars twice. Please don’t send this again.
The Home Gym Floor Protector Mat is perfect as base protection for my new Sunny treadmill. It is thicker than most mats I have seen, and I am so glad that it does NOT have any chemical smell to it. Plus, it is easy to wipe clean.
The mat serves well under the bike. The weight of the bike would easily make permanent impressions in the carpet without the mat. It also helps stabilize the bike.
The Mats are different sizes and ALL fit perfectly to protect our laminate floor! I appreciate the emails to "update" me of their delivery ,I am awaiting the xs to fit my glider ! Very Pleased with my purchases
