Sunny Health & Fitness Total Body Advanced Stepper Machine - SF-S0979

It's a lot better made than I thought. Feels extremely sturdy and I'm a 5'8, 170 lb guy. I like that the height is adjustable and I can switch to more challenging steep climbs anytime. The display counts the number of steps which have been accurate to my count. This stepper is powerful enough to give a good cardio workout. Worth the investment.

After 15 minutes it heats up!

In the manual guide you'll find that you can only use this stepper for 15 minutes. You must then allow it to rest for 30 minutes to avoid the hydraulics from heating up. Although the manual guide is available for you to download, this is not something that is clearly and easily explained in the description of the main item. If I would have caught this, I would have looked for something else. Also be sure to check the return policy. There are a lot of details and stipulations that go into returning this item. Make sure to keep your Box. I will not be returning mine, due to the numerous requirements that must be made within the return process. I'm planning to keep mine as a warm up device.

Dangerous and low quality exercise equipment

Both of the pieces of equipment I ordered from this company were poorly designed and assembled to the point of being dangerous. One was so off balance one could not even use it. The other one broke 20 days after their warranty period expired and they refused to replace the part that was clearly of poor quality and design. During the entire time that machine worked it made a horrible squeaking noise that I'm sure everyone in my building could hear. I should have heeded other buyers' warnings to beware. If you spend money on one of their cheap products, you should not expect it to last more than a few months.

I am 68 years old.

I am 68 years old. I ordered this because I was looking for something to tone up a bit with without having to go to a gym. I’ve only had it a short time but I believe this is what will work for me. Now it’s just getting faithful using it. I also got one for my twin brother.

I am in the trucking

I am in the trucking business, traveling across the country, with no time for visiting the gym. I use the stepper in the morning when I wake up and in the evening after my shift. I recently joined the trucking industry but knew that the current lifestyle is hard on your health. Poor diet and exercise leads to a shorter lifespan for the average trucker by 17 years. I use the stepper and dumbbells to offset this outcome and now I’m in better shape than before I became a trucker.

I love this machine! It’s

I love this machine! It’s size makes it easily portable so I can take it to the office with me, or the living room! And all my transactions with Sunny have been fast and seamless. I appreciate that and enjoy doing business with them.

Love this stepper!

I really enjoy using this machine!! I definitely feel it soon after I start my workout. The stepper workouts on the Sunny app are very helpful and incorporate more than just the stepper. The resistance can be changed to a pretty high level, and the added resistance bands are definitely a nice bonus. Great machine for the price!

Perfect for Stepping Up Activity in the Office

I don't get out of the office much during the day, and already have a desk riser to keep myself from sitting at the desk all day long. After having purchased a Sunny treadmill (and loving it!), I thought that a stepper might be a good way to add some more activity to my day. I've been using it off and on for a week and have already begun to feel better with the added activity. As for the machine itself, I like the twisting action, and smooth motion of the steps. It's very natural in gait. The counter is easy to read and accurate. When the new Sunny Health and Fitness App comes out, I hope there will be a way to incorporate my stepper activity in the fitness tracker. So far, I have exercised with one Sunny stepper workout video. As the owner of two Sunny products, I highly recommend Sunny to everyone I talk to! I will definitely be shopping here first when looking for fitness equipment and accessories!

Perfect for small spaces!

I live in a tiny home, in a mountain resort town: so, I have limited space, and exercising outside isn't always an option, but I can't afford the gym membership costs, either. Enter this fantastic stepper! It cost less than one month at a gym would, took all of 5 minutes to set up and learn how to use, and can easily be stored under my desk or kitchen table. Its height is great for putting at a standing desk to use while working at a computer. The adjustable stride length is great for customizing workouts to the pace and intensity you want. The twist is almost imperceptible, except for how it helps all of my glutes and the muscles in my lower back engage. This has already proven to be a fantastic purchase, so I hope it's as durable as it seems to be thus far.

Very sturdy

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this stepper. WOW! Very well built and heavy duty. In the past I loved to work out. At one point I could leg press 400. But now I am 59 with really bad arthritis. I bought this in hopes of strengthening my knees. Well let me tell you I had to back off the tension. ha Super easy to adjust. All you do is unscrew the red knob in front. I would highly recommend this product. It is exactly what is advertised and a little more. Like I said.. very sturdy. I don't usually say this out loud ha but I am over 200 and this works great for me.
