Did not work for me. I have an old foot injury (broken bone years ago) and since the blue part on the underside of these insoles is more rigid than the factory insole, apparently my injured foot can't bend as it usually would. My foot without the injury was perfectly fine. So, if you have two "normal" feet these will probably work for you.

I had just bought some new work shoes, but the insoles were terrible. My feet hurt within just a couple hours of wearing them. I have previous experience with Superfeet in my hiking boots and decided to try them for work. Excellent decision. Now my feet are good for the entire shift AND overtime if needed.

I made the mistake of getting the green superfeet insoles. That caused me to get pain on my arch. After consulting with the shoe specialist at REI I was suggested to get these! Well, I put these to the test by going to a convention and walking around with 25lbs of load on my back. These insoles performed incredibly well and I didn't felt fatigued! So yeah, check to see what arch length fits best and if you're medium, you'll love these. They may not look nor feel comfortable, but they are comfortable once you're on your feet!

I bought my first pair of Superfeet blue about 5 years ago when a sporting goods store shoe sales person said they used them and raved about how much they liked them. Made a major difference in the comfort of the boots I bought. I have since tried the orange insoles and they don’t work as well as the blue ones for me. Superfeet makes several types of insoles, so it’s best if you can try them at a store before you buy. They are not cheap, but the blue insoles made my blisters a thing of the past.
Bought these for my husband, two pair actually, since they work so well. Initially bought some cheaper ones at another store which were totally useless. Was going to go to the Good Feet store, but way too expensive. These insoles have helped keep his feet comfortable at an affordable price. Highly recommend.
If you have flat feet and a narrow shoe, this are the insoles for you! I have been wearing them for 6 years now and replace them every 6 months or so. They have changed my life. I was bit by a dog on my knee when I was about 20 years old, and without wearing these insoles I will have constant inflammation on that knee. By wearing them, it straightens out everything and the inflammation is not longer a factor at all. Total game changer. Truly amazing how given the right arch support for your feet can change everything about how you function physically.
These are very comfortable. I’m a big guy and wear a size 14 shoe. I put these in my Vans because there is not much arch support in those shoes. They have a hard plastic bottom for durability, comfortable top pad, and still fit in your shoes without having your heel popping out. I’ve tried at least 10 other brands of insoles and I like these the best. My doctor is the person who recommended them to me.
These are perfect for running, walking, hiking as they do not take up too much volume in my shoes. I couldn't do without them. However, my physical therapist has applied posting material to the bottom of my blue Superfeet in order to correct my gait. This has worked better for me than any of the custom orthotics that I have had made at a high level medical orthopedic facility.
I bought these insoles right before a month long trip to Europe where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking and I'm so glad I did. Several months before my trip I was visiting friends in Boston and we walked ~30 miles over 3 days and I left that weekend with some sore feet. The soreness never went away even after a week or two so I spoke to my PCP and she suggested some off the shelf insoles because my arches have a tendency to collapse a bit when I walk.Perhaps unwisely, I did not give myself any time to break these in before I left for Europe. So the first few days of my trip were spent still working these to a point where I no longer could notice them when I put my shoes on. So the first few days of my trip were spent still working these to a point where I no longer could notice them when I put my shoes on. I was doing heavy walking, averaging 7-10 miles a day with some days 12 miles or more. I was pleasantly surprised after a week on the road to notice absolutely no discomfort in my heels that I had a noticed a few months prior with my regular sneaker soles.By the end of my trip I had walked ~270 miles over the course of 28 days and I am extremely happy to say that I came away from that with no pain in my feet associated with these insoles. The only soreness I did experience in my legs was muscle soreness from extensive hill climbing in Austria but that had nothing to do with these soles! The reason for docking a star is simply because my soles for some reason squeak when I walk. If I am indoors in the house, or in an otherwise quiet building, you will hear my shoes when I walk. It may be a silly reason to dock a star, but I think it's silly that my shoes squeak with every step I take. It could just be an issue that I have with the soles hitting the inside of my Nikes, who knows.. In terms of functionality, I give these 5 stars without a doubt and plan to continue using these for a long time.
I began going to physio several weeks ago for joint instability in my ankle. I learned that as a result of all the hiking/working on my feet I do, my arch has begun to flatten. My physiotherapist recommended for me to try out these inserts to help rebuild my arches and to prevent further damage. These were so easy to size as you just trace your current insole to it and cut the excess off. I generally like really cushy soled shoes so it felt a bit stiff at first, but graduaĺly overtime my feet have gotten used to.them and I notice my feet are less fatigued when I wear them. I like that they can be swapped easily from shoe to shoe. These are a fraction of the cost of custom orthotics.
