I fractured two metatarsals in my left foot in 2017 and was in a boot for 9 months. I then went back to tennis and refractured one again. In boot for 4 months. The xrays showed my foot had healed but I still had pain. While in physical therapy, my therapist examined my foot carefully. She thought my pain was coming from my arch area and advised me to get some insoles. I ordered these and my foot is so happy. The pain has almost entirely left my foot. Actually my therapist thought my insoles were very good.

This is a great replacement insole for athletic and casual footwear, very comfortable, decent arch. Easy to cut to size. Doesn’t have quite the same structural stiffness as Superfeet’s more orthotic-type lines (greens, blues, the adapt series, etc.) but if you don’t need that level of support, then these are huge upgrade over the generic flat foam things that come with most shoes. Great value.

I have always thought that aftermarket insoles were a joke, but now I'm a believer! I got these over a year ago in an effort to test them out, and now I'm hooked. I now own 3 pairs of Superfeet and will probably never stay with a standard insole again. The way these feel under your foot is incredible. Especially the heel. These grip your heel cup extremely well and it takes pressure off the point of the heel and spreads out your weight to your whole heel. I hope that makes sense, but it's incredibly comfortable. Great insole, and very recommended.

Replaced the insoles that came with my crispi altitudes with these. They were great for 40 miles in the black hills of Wyoming this spring turkey hunting. I’m flat footed so the medium arch support works better for me because it doesn’t rub the inside/bottom like the higher arch support versions that superfeet makes.
I started using the insoles 6 months ago when my knees were giving me trouble. Since using the insoles my knee pain has almost been eliminated and my sneakers are wearing more evenly. I have arches that collapse which cause me to walk on the insides of my feet, resulting in a lot of soreness in my joints. I am able to walk and even jog a bit without painful knees now. Highly recommend if you have a similar problem.

My Doctor recommend this product to me . I had sore feet every day. I work as a Custodian at a school on my feet 24/7 . Love them . I’m going to get more for my other shoes. I can’t do without them.
These are my 4th pair of these and they are great. I have collapsed arches from an injury, and need to wear some type of arch support to keep my feet from hurting and make sure my knees don't get misaligned again. I've tried 3 or 4 different brands now, and these always come out on top. They are stable, flexible, don't take up too much room in my shoe or make them fit wierd. I wear them in hiking, crossfit, and walking shoes. They are also reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
I have superfeet insoles in pretty much all my shoes and I have yet to find a model I don't like. They transform an average fitting shoe or boot into a custom fit. The more you wear them the better the fit.
I didn't realize these would be so thick. They are ok in one pair of my boots that were very roomy, but they were unusable in two other shoes I was hoping to use them for. I wish the thin insoles were an option. I guess I should've paid more attention to the product description.
