I purchased this with the hope of replacing the eufy doorbells and making a seamless transition. I was in for a surprise, the installation was easy, setting up the device was easy but the functionality is where this was lacking. The charge only lasts 3-4 days tops, if you keep the motion sensor at the lowest setting it still eats away at the battery with all the phantom alerts. The other option is to turn off the motion sensor which defeats the purpose og buying a security doorbell. The other issue is the doorbell chime included has only 2 volume options that are adjustable thru the app only. When you get an alert on your phone that someone has rung the doorbell, the app takes a while to open. The Doorbell shouldn't be called WIFI, it should be called "next to the router", the signal will only be 100% if you are the device is glued to the router, a few meters away (in a free area) you will only have 50% of signal. After opening the video (live), after a few seconds the connection closes, needing to close the application and try to reopen it for a few times. >> About NVR: again, too many unnecessary and invalid alarms. constant alerts of connection drop between NVR and internet (even worse when connected via LAN), option to have less alerts was to connect via wifi. There are no firmware updates to fix these errors. >> This company acts in bad faith! The first email I sent informing that the VNR was missing the 1TB Storage, they did not respond until today, but on the website, they removed the information that the NVR has 1TB storage. So that means they read my email, corrected the site and didn't get back to me. > If you don't want stress, don't buy anything from SWANN. Bunnings should be ashamed to sell products from this brand.

The main doorbell I fixed using the supplied wall plugs into the bricks at chest height outsode- it’s worth looking at what viewpoint you want the camera to capture as the quality is very good and so it’s an excellent security camera too! We've got it centrally located in the house and it's easy to hear. I had some difficulty pairing the device and my phone, but we played around with it and got it connected. It would have been great if there was some trouble-shooting in the guide. Now that it's up and ready to go, it is good to be able to check what is happening at the door, even when we are home to feel more safe at home. I bought the doorbell in July 2022, easy to set up and complements my Swann security cameras really well. For the first few weeks it also worked with my Amazon Show and Googgle Home devices, "show me the front door". However, for the past month that has not been possibly. Swann support has been dreadful, I've sent several emails which have all been ignored. The doorbell does work well via my android phone app, but viewing the door via Google or Amazon devices was a key feature and the reason we purchased the device, so not being able to use the functionality is disappointing. I'd also recommend a friend purchase for his elderly mum and she's had the same issues. I hope Swann are working to fix, despite ignoring my request for help.
Well ok I was a little sceptical at 1st but actually really like this HD 1080p, has night vision, easy to use and visible to visitors to your home, true detection and two way talk function for people on your door step.
