Trying this out, since this form of zinc is supposed to be well absorbed. I'm neutral on it so far. I don't like that this has magnesium stearate and silica, otherwise there are no objectionable ingredients. There is a tiny bit of a scent to the pills and they are small and easy to swallow.
I haven't used it very long, but have had a feeling of becoming sick, so I took it twice I day and didn't get sick. Other time I had small herpes and I started to take it immediately and it didn't get bigger. Don't know if it's cause of those pills, but am definetely hopeful for the autumn and spring sickness season.
