Swanson MSM Methylsulfonylmethane 1000 MG 240 Caps

I'm not sure if I see any physical differences using this product but beyond that I wanted to give a review to point out how difficult these pills are to swallow. I take at least 5-10 supplement pills/capsules a day including some pretty large fish oil capsules. These pills are very firm/hard and fairly big so even with a big gulp of a drink with them I often have them scratch my throat all the way down which makes me not want to take them. I wouldn't buy again unless the pill is made smaller or it is switched over to a capsule or something softer to swallow at the larger sizes.

Helps the body to rebuild after a hard workout

I use this after a hard day of gardening or moving furniture. The next day my body feels as if it has gone thru 2 or 3 days of healing so I don't feel as sore. I found if I take this regularly it loses it's effectiveness so I only use it after doing something where I know I will "feel" it the next day. Works amazing!

I saw visible results!

When I take supplements I "feel" as if they're working. There is this nagging thought that perhaps I just imagined it all. I wondered if this would be the same as taking MSM. To my delight I realized that I am trimming my fingernails and hair more often.MSM does wonders for my body. I wish that I'd known about this product sooner.

I have used the topical cream form of MSM with decent results. The pill form is a whole different story! I took just 1 pill and ended up nauseated and vomiting! This went in for 3 days before I figured out it was the MSM. I have an allergy to Sulfa antibiotics. I read that anyone with that allergy, should not take MSM. No warning in the bottle! I also read of you are on any kind if blood thinner, you should not take this product. FYI ❗😦

We never go a day without this product

my husband has suffered from chronic shoulder pain for years. Before we learned about MSM, he was seeing a doctor, getting cortisone shots every 6 weeks and on a constant roller coaster of pain. Since trying MSM, he has no shoulder problems. He takes it twice a day, every day, no exceptions and swears by this product.
