The first time I tried this, nothing happened, absolutely no results. I kept researching Ashwagandha and decided to give it another try. Amazingly, it’s working this time! I take one about an hour before bedtime to start my wind down routine. If I’m really stressed out, I may take a second one at bedtime. I definitely feel it helps me to relax my brain and stop all the thoughts that run through my mind when I try to sleep. Now for the surprising reason I believe they may or may not work… alcohol! For me, if I have a drink or two several hours before bedtime, they don’t work! When I have no alcohol, they work as expected! Don’t know if that’s the same for everyone who says they don’t work, but it’s true for me!
