This pan is going to be my "go to" pan for omelets and crepes. The pan is just the right size. Moreover, the pan has great balance, and I LOVE the fact that there are no rivets to capture bacteria. This is truly the "Rolls Royce of non-stick cookware".

My first lasted 7 years and I abused it. Coating never came off but it was time.Loving my new one. Same none stick performance. These really take a beating and last forever.Least expensive pan you can purchase because if you treat it reasonably, it will be your last.
I decided to try one of the Swiss Diamond Nonstick Fry Pans after reading reviews. I most like that it cooks and browns evenly without needing to use oil for cooking anything so far, and that he pan is completely flat and will not warp because of its construction. I have followed the instructions carefully and it has been very easy to keep clean. After the 3-minute pre-warming, I need to use only 3/10 power so the pan conducts heat extremely well.
I'm an outlier among reviewers. I've owned two SD 9.5" pans. The second is the XD induction version. Having learned from the first to be careful with temperature, I never used my pan above medium, and always hand washed it. After about two years, the coating began to wear off in the middle. It's grown to about the size of a quarter. Some wear also appeared on the edge. I submitted a warranty claim with pictures and the receipt. Swiss Diamond responded promptly, and rejected my claim, saying I had used high temperatures and had not cleaned it properly. They didn't address the worn spot, which to me clearly is a defect. Diamonds may be indestructible, but treat this pan gently if you expect it to last. And don't rely on the lifetime warranty.
Swiss Diamond make absolutely wonderful cookware. If you cook a lot, invest in a Swiss Diamond. We have two of the 12.5" Nonstick Fry Pans. We bought one after watching a YouTube chef, Jean Pierre, who recommended them and he was right! They cook your food evenly and are nonstick. You don't want to use, nor do you need, high heat with these pans. Try one! I bet it becomes your favorite go to!
Very nice, solid pan that lays flat on burner. Have only cooked 2 meals--fried pork chops & turkey burgers. Did not use oil and they browned nicely without sticking. Pan cleaned easily. Excellect customer service as well. Product was shipped & received promptly..
These pans were expensive and should have lasted longer. The surface on more than one in our set peeled off after little use. Swiss Diamond refused to honor the warrantee. They blame everything on the user. As I explained to them, we have no metal pan utensils and we don't use high heat for cooking. Their cheap finish just starts peeling off shortly after you start using them. And I am sure that ingesting the particles, which I am sure we did, is not healthy. I have far cheaper pans that we have had far longer that have never done this. Avoid this company at all costs or go through the same frustrating experience I have.
I will never buy another non stick pan. PTFE or PMMA etc. The design has never made anything good. Particularly when your using chemicals to produce products to cook with even though it may hurt ppl in general.
