I bought this as part of the Swiss diamond cookware set, but the outer coating of the pan started coming off within a few uses. I followed the care instructions so I would not expect this to happen to a quality product.Unfortunately I can’t find my receipt or I would return straight away.

As a retired chef, I have some top quality cookware & this stacks up beautifully. I've had this for 2 years now & originally bought it mainly to boil eggs in, but it's become a "go to" pot now for so many other things, & I love it. It's great quality, heats up very evenly, goes into the oven at higher temperature than most other non-stick pans, & washes up beautifully. In fact I love it so much I'm considering getting the stock pot too, while it's on special. I'm surprised to see reviews saying the external coating is coming off, because knowing cookware as well as I do, I can't imagine how this is possible with anodized cookware.
