The uncoated Premium Steel stainless steel cookware is made from high-quality 18/10 steel. Products in this series are ideal for everyday cooking - they are extremely durable, evenly heating, and sturdy, suitable for all heat sources. Quickly Heating The aluminum core in the bottom construction ensures quick and even heat distribution, and the 18/0 steel used on the exterior of the bottom is inherently magnetized, eliminating the need for a separate induction structure in the cookware's base. The exterior of the cookware is elegantly satin-finished, and the bodies of the cookware do not warp even under heavy use. The handles are sturdy and do not heat up when used on the stove (note: always use oven mitts as hand protection when used in the oven!). Oven Safe The cookware and its tempered glass lids withstand oven heat up to 260°C. The edges of the cookware are shaped to allow easy pouring of, for example, sauce into a serving dish with minimal splashes or food stains.
