I was really surprised that this liquid was carbonated & it settles very much so always shake before using . It does not taste bad . Lots of vitamin C in it . I have not drank the full bottle yet but so I haven’t seen any results but looking at the ingredients I am confident that this is good for me and that I will soon .

Really happy that I found this supplement! Silica is much better taken in LIQUID form, because for people with sensitive digestive tract silica powder {from herbs that contain it, like horsetail} can irritate intestinal lining. This is a great source of silica, and condition of my hair and nails improve visibly! Blood orange is an added bonus too - tastes great!

I like the product and the packaging. The directions are easy to read and understand. I have been using the product for two weeks now, and my nails are growing faster than they have in a long time. My hair also seems to be growing faster, and my skin is not as dry as it usually is. I would definitely recommend this product!

I tried this on recommendation of a friend. She had looked better- brighter. I asked her what hair products she was using and she said nothing new just this supplement! Im usually pretty cautious with trying stuff in past and no difference but when you have a friend telling you, its a bit different. So I bought the product, followed instructions and within a wk my hair was more shiny, my skin went through a bit of a detox first then it was clear and brighter! First time I bought this product. It tastes very sour when drank it straight. I added water then it tastes better but a bit bitter. I kept it in the fridge after opening. I need to shake the bottle before consume because the liquid turned thick and murky at the bottom of the bottle. The liquid became thick and slimy after refrigerated. I hope the effect is good like what others reviewed. But I think I will stick to the tablets after finished this bottle.
I was after a supplement in a tablet form but there was none so I reluctantly purchased the liquid. I was worried about it tasting gross but it was orangey and easy to swallow. I have 10ml with my breakfast or lunch if I forget. Refrigerated after opening.I have been suffering from seasonal hair loss for 13 years and each year it freaks me out because it is getting worse. I have serve health issues due to my Crohn’s disease I’ve had numerous surgeries on top I had a rare pancreatic cancer which lead to another big surgery which all these surgeries and now ongoing health issues have left me with serve EPI and malabsorption Due to this absorbing vitamins I don’t do well if at all . My nails were breaking and peeling and so thing , I’m a blonde so my hair wasn’t great but it was never this bad with breaking and feeling like horse hair even tho I use good shampoos etc . It’s been over a month and my nails are so much better and my hair softer I’ll definitely continue with this and see where it takes us . It taste pretty good too .
