Doesn't work, won't buy again

I bought this because Viviscal supplements (which made a huge difference to my hair) are out of stock for 6 months. Since taking this one, I yet again have a web of hairs on my hands, coming out when I wash my hair, and hair all over the bathroom floor. This wasn't happening on Viviscal, so I have to conclude this tablet isn't working. I won't waste my money buying this again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have known about Vitamin C, Silica and Zinc for your skin but Milk Thistle is new to me. Milk Thistle is supposed to help with acne. I would have to say, if you have an acne problem, this formula may help you. I don't have any major issues but I did notice a reduced amount of redness and irritation since I started taking these. I really think that the combination of zinc and vitamin C can do wonders in helping your skin maintain suppleness. The silica all helps to build collagen which you start to lose as you age.
