Ive been taking Swisse Zinc+ for about 4 years now and its the only zinc I buy or take. For the money there is none better. Great for those winter times and also for people who have trouble absorbing zinc.

I like to keep myself healthy by taking vitamins everyday. One of the ones that I always take is zinc. Zinc is great for my hair, skin and nails and it's good for your immune system. It also contains other vitamins including B6, vitamin A and magnesium. I take this in the morning after I have eaten. I wouldn't recommend taking this on an empty stomach or else it can make you quite nauseous. The tablets are large in size so I take it with juice. Since taking it my skin has improved a lot, I get less breakouts and I find that my hair and nails are less brittle.

I have been taking this zinc for a number of years now. Just for added protection for my immunity. Hardly get any colds or sickness. Great if you may not get enough zinc in your diet. Easy to swallow with little or no taste.
i used this zinc supplement which seemed fine, after running out I picked up another brand and it made me feel sick every time i took one so I went back to swisse and I again can take my vitamins without nauseau. Ill be sticking to swisse now on.
I bought this a month ago for my son whose wounds seem to heal slowly than usual. He also got a very radical pimple phase. A chemist assistant suggested for him to take Zinc. I picked a bottle from Swisse, my most trusted brand. Wow, my son’s skin looked healthier and his pimples look tamer, just after a month of taking the pills.
