Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep 60 Tablets

These work for me, 2 at night and help me relax enough to be able to fall asleep, and stay asleep. Valerian free which is fabulous as I have liver cirrhosis.

Definitely provides Relax & Sleep!

This is great to take when one is feeling a lot of nervousness and anxiety coming up. Even just by taking one it will help. It works well for easing sleep issues, and will most likely have a restful nights sleep. The passionflower can induce some very vivid dreams however, so if you like dreaming a bunch, then it's worth a try.

Doesn't work at all

I have had these sleeping tablets as it's instructed but doesn't want to sleep or fall asleep even hours passes. I have took it for a week and doesn't work at all. What a waste of money

Helps me to sleep

I find the Swisse Relax and Sleep really helps me to get a good night's sleep, especially when I am stressed and anxious. If I have a high workload or just feeling stressed, I take two of these as directed (one hour before bed) and it helps me to switch off at night and the next morning I do feel more serene and my mind is more calm. I usually take these for a few days until the stressful period has passed. I would reccomend trying if you are having trouble sleeping or just need some stress support.

I didn't like it very much

It is true that without an annoying smell like the product Sleep from the same brand, but Sleep worked with me better and really improved my sleep and had a better effect than this product

Relax and sleepkazza

I thought I would try these about a yr ago. I couldnt sleep at all...this has helped me get at least 6 hrs sleep which is a lifesaver. There is no hung over feeling the next day...highly reccomend...

The best product to have a good sleep after a crazy day at work. I have used many things before and it really works. It can be a bit expensive, but the price ChemistW is really affordable.

Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep

Love this product, I was looking for a replacement when a competing brand discontinued my fave sleep supplement. This has the same ingredients but more potent, no valerian which I hate, and a lovely light lavender frangrance. Helps me go to sleep quicker and block out all stressors.

They work quite well

Bought the Swisse brand of this sleep helper and I found it was not an instant help but rather a progressive effect after a week. Works pretty good and reasonably satisfied because I prefer the products without Valerian but I have had more effective brands. Happy enough.

Very impressed with results

I've only used this product for the last two nights but both nights I was asleep within an hour of taking the tablets. I usually can't get to sleep until after midnight but after taking the tablets at 9 pm, I was asleep before 10 pm which was amazing.
