quality can be trusted. good ingredients . size is slightly big but manageable with water . suitable for female adults . to be consumed daily for max effects. i like this product, all 1 one pill , no need for multiple bottles. the only downside is that calcium may be insufficient for some. highly recommended for all women

Can you get it stocked in Woolworths or Coles for convenience and accessibility, just so I can add it onto the weekly click and collect shop for groceries. Glad it has both Vit K for bone growth as well as Vitex for natural hormone balancing. Most other brands don’t do Vit K which is an essential for bone growth and mostly found in leafy greens, the very thing a lot of kids avoid. Well done Swisse! Only suggestion is if it came as a natural strawberry flavoured powder or smaller capsules. My daughter couldn’t swallow them so I had to blend into a powder myself.
