Impossible to resist

I would say out of all the dog biscuits that I have ever offered the dogs, this is by far the favourite. To arrive home and discover that they had ripped into and consumed the entire 2kg packet while I was out, when they had dutifully respected and ignored every other bag of dog food that has been stored on ground level prior to this...it was a hit! 10/10 they recommend it to mates. All partook of its goodness. Ensure your storage is commensurate to this product's appeal.

Life changing!

Our Jack Russell Terrier puppy came to us with terrible gas and loose stools. Kept him on the Purina Puppy Chow that he was raised on and slowly transitioned to our vets puppy suggestion, Wellness Core. Same problem, terrible gas, loose stools and bad breath (metallic). We tried Taste of the Wild and All the problems were solved after a slow transition and all the old food was out of his system. He loves the food and we are all very satisfied !

Momma pre-birth/lactating & now puppies LOVE TOTW

I started feeding Bison-Venison puppy formula when I learned Flossie was pregnant and continued while she was lactating. Two Puppies born as 'butter balls'; very alert & healthy along with Flossie who had plenty of rich milk.Taste of the Wild's species specific protein with probiotics made a huge difference in Franklin's keen eyesight, night vision, agility, scent tracking, outstanding hearing & growth. The small size of the kibble is perfect to avoid his eating to fast without chewing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOTW Large Breed doGs!

My puppies approve

I bough this food for my new puppies, as others noted ingredients don't match the ingredients on the bag. Also different companies show different ingredients. My puppies like this food and do well on it , but it is full of peas and legumes in the first 5 ingredients, and where the majority of the protein comes from. Companies have found a cheaper way to add proteins while removing meat sources for a higher return in their pockets. Canola oil can go rancid quickly and does sitting in hot warehouses , but it's another cheap option. While this food is budget friendly I will still search for a better option without peas and legumes for long term health of my puppies and dogs

Nothing but the best for my stinky big boy!

I have always fed my dogs TOTW. I've even been able to convince my kids to feed their dogs TOTW. I will never try another brand. My 7 month old Milo loves the High Prairie Puppy kibble. He's never had any stomach issues or skin issues. He's gaining weight like he should because TOTW is quality ingredients! I will never change dog foods.

Only kibble my pup will eat

My 6 month old Australian Shepherd pup is extremely picky, and recently developed a distaste for the Hills kibble I had been feeding her since day one. This is the only kibble she’s been willingly eating - all others she began to refuse after about a week. Her coat looks great, her weight is beautifully maintained, and I love the unique proteins used in this recipe. I also like the smaller kibble size, which makes it easier for her to eat. Will definitely be moving her onto the adult formula once she’s of age.

So much poop

I fed this to my puppy for 6 months and finally switched because she wouldn't stop pooping. Her poop was firm, no diarrhea like other reviews, but at 30lbs she was pooping larger piles than my 70lbs Airedale and so many times a day. I counted, and on average she was going out and making these large poop piles 7 times a day. No exaggeration, but friends would drop their jaws at the size of her poop. It became embarrassing for me and for her. She was the one making these monstrosities and I couldn't have her feeling so ashamed out in public. She liked the food so no complaints there.She also became bulbous in her tummy area. She was cute, but I think even for a puppy she was becoming a little too fat. We're both recovering from the trauma I put her through and she's more willing to poop in public again. There is hope!

This specific flavor seems too rich for my pup

I fed my previous dog Taste of the Wild and she loved it and responded well to it. So when I got a new pup I purchased the Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream Puppy and she loved it. As I got to about a quarter of the bag left I decided I needed to pick up more food and thought to try the Bison & Venison flavor. I did the blend with the two foods as I transitioned my pup over but she began to get diarrhea. At first I thought it was from the Bully Sticks I purchased along with the food but even after stopping the sticks she continued to have the diarrhea. What I was very disappointed with is that despite getting the same brand, size but just a change in flavor this is NOT an even exchange. If you received any kind of discounts or used your Pal Rewards you will LOSE any $ savings that you gained from your original purchase. They returned it at the price that I paid and charged me for the current price. So even though they took it back I paid probably around $15 for just three days of feedings. I would understand if I went with a completely different brand or category of food but I stuck with almost the same thing. At the very least they could have deducted the Pals Rewards that I had used?I've never taken advantage of this policy until this time as I knew exactly what my previous dog would eat. But many new puppy owners will go through some trial and error with what foods their dog will tolerate. Hoping that the company will correct this policy slightly.
