I recently purchased this Rice Cooker in Red, and I am so happy with my purchase. The stainless steel pot is high-quality and durable, and it heats up quickly and evenly. Very poor quality cooker. Contacted seller to advise cooker does not work. They advised they would refund money. Refunded item and they change their mind in that the item has been tested by a manufacturer and has no fault. They refunded part of of my payment after saying they would refund all. I am yet to see an official report from Tatung advising my particular cooker was faulty. My current Kmart brand rice cooker delivers perfect rice everytime but I a told by the seller that their cooker is fine. Fine if you like uncooked, gluggy rice where the lid chatters away for 45 minutes. Interesting sell - poor service. Do not buy from them.
