Overall the product has been a great experience. It is super easy to pair and set up, took less than 2 minutes. It synced automatically with my TV using eARC.The model has 3 settings - TV, movie and music. It automatically selects and is compatible with Dolby Surround, Dolby Atmos. This makes the sound coming out of the soundbar amazing!It is a fully immersive experience and the bass definitely makes a huge difference to give you that full cinematic sound experience.Whilst the surround sound is digital, I feel for the price point it is a very good experience, and elevates the sound compared to using a TV alone.My only negative point is not about the soundbar itself, but AO sent me one UK plug and two EU plugs, rather than 2 UK plugs. Pros: Lovely to get some base and high pitched clarity back after suffering 18W TV speakers for six years. Old TV had 60W housed in 70kg case before it died. Replaces hifi with Roku plugged in thru Plex/jellyfin streaming music from pc.Cons: Still trying to get Atmos played despite Roku recognising Atmos capability from MKV in Plex or Amazon prime TV both having Atmos content. Tried some YouTube Atmos tests and not convinced. Atmos never displayed on soundbar itself. But they do sound great with surround feeling very impressive. Maybe my ceiling wrong height or I'm sitting too close.

Really pleased with the sound quality. I do miss having rear surrounds though. Excellent value for money with Dolby Atmos, $K HDR pass through, HDMI e-ARC, chromecast builtin..this set is great value for money. While watching movies I usually keep bass at 0 or 2 level. Explosions and gun shots are crusp and punchy. Loving it. This one is a keeper!

Pros: Good sound - Dolby ATMOS - E ARCCons: Some difficulty connecting soundbar to wireless subwoofer, took numerous attempts - TCL home app won't recognise/pickup soundbar/sub - TCL TV won't retain TCL CEC HDMI soundbar settings leading to TV speakers and soundbar coming on together when TV is tuned on
I was disappointed with the sound bar. I told the salesman that I wanted to Bluetooth it to the TV and move it closer so we didnt need to have the TV so loud. It wouldnt Bluetooth so had to sit infront of the TV so didnt do what I wanted. Luckily a different salesman understood and offered a refund
Great little Dolby Atmos 3.1.2 system! Good bass and boom for movies and gaming! Not bad for music but there is better out there! Don’t sleep on TCL sound bars, great value for money!!!
Good value. I replaced a home theatre system that died. This is more versatile and has a smaller footprint. Connections and sound options are great.
Great system, I upgraded from a Sony soundbar. This has amazing sound quality with fantastic bass. Much better sound clarity and boom than the Sony. I was hesitant to get this, but so glad that I did. Very easy to set up. Plus, very good value for money.
