I have a 20 year history of purchasing my electronics with noel leeming and this was my first experience with a damaged product. I must also note, customer service is not as pleasant as it used to be with noel leeming and covid is no excuse. If any retailer offers click and collect, just remember it only works by human input.

Purchase lasted 24 hours. Reading reviews elsewhere, we suffered a common fault, dodgy sound processing, watching Freeview was fine, but stray to Netflix= lag between image and sound;Disney= would shortly drop content and return to menu; YouTube =broken image and sound(and no, nothing wrong with internet connection). The picture was great however!Happily we experienced some great customer service(hence the second review ‘star’) and had a replacement non TCL tv delivered within the hour.
