Good no drama with an exchange as they were too small as was in american shoe size and not familiar with that exactly but sent back in original packaging never worn so no trouble to change out just a delay in enjoying the new boots
These are fine boots for both riding and walking around the town. Lining inside is very nice and quality excellent. I bought the black boots in size 10. I typically wear Allbird size 10 running shoes and these are pretty similar. They do have a large volume inside so you can wear thicker socks, since I have flat feet and pair of insoles make them fit perfectly. Unlike other boots, they are pretty supple from the start and the "unbuck" like finish has a nice patina. I'm pretty happy with them and my friends say they don't look like riding boots.
After 5 years of riding with the TCX 1's I thought it was time for an upgrade. Sadly the designers have stupidly made the thickness of the boot around the toe area thicker and I can no longer fit my foot under the lever to change gear.Thankfully I didn't throw away my last pair of TCX boots but its a shame I have to send these back for a refund on the basis of an un-needed alteration to an otherwise perfect pair of boots.Generally I found the TCX's 2 to be really comfy and the new soul has more grip than before, they were more comfy to walk around in with a thicker insole and the styling is improved with a cleaner look + they've kept the ankle protection. Apart from the thickness they are the same height & footprint of the old TCX 1 boots that are perfect just not very breathable
I did a bit of research looking for boots and in the end I just shrugged and picked these ones on a whim. I got lucky as they fit great, look great and remained waterproof during a storm. What more could you ask for? Mine fit to my normal boot size as an added bonus.
I was hesitant to purchase as they are pricey but they have quickly become not only a favourite casual riding boot but also a favourite for everyday wearing as well.They are very comfortable and supportive. I would buy again without hesitation.
I love these boots comfortable all day wear with the protection I need! Couldn't be any better!
Looks great, fits well, and very rugged. Blend 2 boots are physically larger and much heavier than the same size original Blend boots. Sometimes I miss the streamlined look of the original, but the Blend 2 boots will last forever.
