That quickly led to experimenting with other chocolate bars. Once I had finished with those it led to me raiding the fridge for anything else that would taste good deep fried. I tried cheese strings, mushrooms, and pickles and all were quite tasty. The deep fryer is easy to assemble and easy to fill with oil. There’s guide lines on how much to oil to add on the inside side wall. The handle easily snaps on to the basket for easy removal when cleaning. The fryer we had suddenly decided to die on us. We saw the uno which does not hold as much but thought it would be enough for us. It is and it is a great fryer. Takes up less room, lid fits perfect so the only steam you get is through the filter at top. No timer on this model but not a problem. fries perfect chips. It has a shiny black casing which looks smart. All in all we are very pleased with it and of course does not use as much oil as our old one so that's a good saving. It was however a lot dearer than other places we had seen but we needed it quickly so we had a good service
