Absolutely Brilliant & far exceeded my expectations. Tefal have certainly mastered this unlimited induction non stick plancha. I now have a new way of cooking & I love it. The quality is outstanding, so easy to clean, 100% non stick and it can be used on gas, electric, induction and in the oven! It cooks superbly right into all 4 corners. I have cooked simple meals of rissoles, fish, steak & potatoes, stir fry's & I have also cooked garlic prawns & butterflied lamb. The whole cooking process is sensational.Would I recommend this product?? ABSOLUTELY, If I could...... I'd even offer a money back guarantee! Happy cooking

I am blown away! The Tefal Plancha really lived up to being non stick and has easily replaced my other pans for cooking with how easy it is to use and clean. I put the Plancha through its paces with pancakes and then sticky chicken and with both I was impressed with its non stick, even cooking and low sides so easy to stir and flip but still enough to contain all juices and batter in the pan. The Planch is light weight but cooks just like a traditional griddle to give the nice even cooking and great browning abilities. It was so easy to clean which made it that bit extra amazing in my book.

Personally, I loved the fact it was rectangular. Compatible with my electric stove top.The Plancha had a thick heat diffusion base, it didn’t take long to preheat.The thermo signal in the middle changed colour advising it was ready for me to sear the meat.I was amazed that it maintained a consistent even heat temperature throughout the whole cooking experience. No oil was needed, it even kept my side dishes warm. I tried it in the oven also & no complaints !!You will be impressed. Super easy to clean & very versatile, a must for ever kitchen.Highly recommended.

I am a cooking enthusiast so I loved having the opportunity to review Tefal Unlimited Induction Non-Stick Plancha. It ticks all of the boxes for me being non-stick, durable, excellent heat distribution, easy to clean and cooks anything to perfection. I tried pancakes, steak, chicken and vegetables and they all cooked precisely how I wanted them to cook and tasted amazing! I loved the Thermo Signal because it takes the guess work out of getting the perfect temperature to sizzle for my meat, so reliable!
So I received this cooking plate (aka: Plancha - which I had never heard of before so that was something new to learn of) I was unsure about how to go about using it but decided to try out making a home-cooked breakfast of eggs, bacon, tomatoes & onions and boy was I impressed. I didn’t get the timing right and put the eggs and onion on after the bacon was already 95% cooked but that was no problem because I just moved the bacon to the side of the plancha and eggs took centre stage. Cookings never been easier or more enjoyable after using the Plancha, even a beginner cook will feel like an expert cooking with the Plancha. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when it arrived. I cooked the perfect piece of salmon on this pan for my review.I love the way the heat evenly distributes throughout. The red heat sensor in the middle made it easy to see when it was ready to start my cooking.The non-stick titanium coating made for NO salmon sticking to the pan.The pan was super easy to clean - rinse, wiped over with a soapy cloth then sipe dry.Positives:Non-stick coating - titanium.Side dishes kept warm (so no re-heating in the over or microwave needed) because everything just doesn't cook at the same rate.Fast heating once started.Negatives:The handles do get super hot (be careful if children are around).
Love the thermo-signal for knowing it is hot enough! Fantastic for the kids as well.Induction, hot plate, oven or grill! This pan does it all. Sear and grill in the centre, slide the food to the edges to stay warm as you finish off the rest. So many options.A favourite for pan fried barramundi, salmon fillets, haloumi, egg, pancakes, dumplings and whatever else takes your fancy.Every kitchen needs one!
Sometimes trying a new product doesn’t work out - but this was definitely not one of those times!! It really is a brilliant product; very versatile & can be used on multiple surfaces. I also love the size, it’s great to cook larger meals on a large cooking plate to heat the whole pan (I’ve cooked large barramundi fillets, stir fried vegetables, steaks - lovely, even cooking, & a great cooking surface that quickly reaches temperature), but I also like that you can place it on a smaller cooking plate & it will just heat the central round cooking base to high temp, while the outer border remains your “keep warm” zone (I cooked an Italian meatball pasta, & kept the meatballs warm once cooked, while I lightly toasted my pine nuts in the centre of the pan - fabulous way ... MoreSometimes trying a new product doesn’t work out - but this was definitely not one of those times!!
