I LOVE THIS TOPPER. Hands down, it is the most comfortable and highest quality topper I've ever slept on and has genuinely changed my life. I have an issue with my hips/pelvic bone where one side will occasionally "come out of place" due to the sports I play. This hasn't happened since getting this mattress topper. It is so supportive but so insanely comfortable at the same time. I also used to have trouble sleeping through the night because my partner and I would toss and turn and couldn't get comfortable. Now, we both sleep straight through every single night. Finally, before getting this topper I would wake up with really bad lower back pain that would persist throughout the day...it is literally gone now. I assumed that since this product is so expensive, and it comes from Tempur-Pedic it would be high quality, but I was very wrong. The queen topper does not fit my queen bed, it is several inches short length-wise and in several areas on the sides. When I let customer support know, they told me that being 2 inches short was the industry standard. I would hope that Tempur-Pedic would strive to be better than the industry standard but apparently not. Seems like Temur-Pedic is okay with their toppers making your bed smaller and less comfortable. Don't waste your money hoping that this looks like the picture on the website because it does not. It is barely a rectangle, more of a misshapen mass that kind of fits on your bed, leaving areas missing. I put the topper on my Tempurpedic queen mattress and initially was pleased with the results. However, after less than 5 months of the topper on my bed it has grown quite uncomfortable. It compresses very thin when laid upon and my back hurts frequently now. My husband prefers to sleep in the guest bed with our other topper/mattress combo and he gets a good sleep there. I am ready to let the topper go as I think the mattress underneath may be better by itself. Initial thoughts were good, but now it does not offer much support. Came back to tempurpedic and got the mattress topper after someone mentioned it's like sleeping on a cloud. YES! That was how my first one was. So I bought the mattress topper to go on top of my other memory foam mattress and I feel like I am back on my cloud when I sleep and my residual pain in my hips and low back and mid back has almost vanished. Also, the length is slightly short of our King dimensions (and yes we let it expand for a few days before placing it on our bed). This is not a returnable item, so make sure it is what you want before ordering. In addition, the topper holds body heat and makes it a much warmer experience than I like.
