It is an ok product, and the foam seems good quality. For me, it was just too sweaty, the natural airflow you get with a normal pillow is missing, and it is unpleasant, even the winter. I cannot imagine what it is like trying to sleep in the summer. Also, for that price, it should come with a pillow case in my opinion.

As a woman who suffers from migraines and neck tension, this pillow has been a lifesaver. I never leave the house overnight without it. This is the second time I have purchased the Symphony by Tempur, as I had a moment where I mistakingly pit the previous one in a commercial washing machine and it broke it in half. Whoops! Second time round I will just be airing it out in the sun and washing the cover as described in the instructions. I have had the best sleep since using this again. I was in misery the week that I went without it! It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever had in my life.

Fabulous pillow. Fits beautifully between shoulder and head. No more sore neck. Sleeping well and not waking up through the night. Zip cover for easy washing.
This is the best pillow Ive ever bought! You just have the best support, while still gentle feel. I take mine on holiday now! Lovely soft case, easy to wash. Just got this one for my boyfriend birthday after loving mine for so long.
This is a great pillow. I've been having problems with my neck for quite a while and have tried numerous other pillows, spent hundreds of dollars, before I came across this one. If you sleep on both your back and on the sides, and roll more than once each night - this is a pillow for you! And great price too. Thank you, Harvey Norman, got it at $50 off - bargain!
The pillow is ok, but I do personally think that it is excessively overpriced for what it is.Even though I got it on sale it was very expensive.Obviously have to keep it as unable to return it.Perhaps it's just a case of getting used to a new pillow.My advice would be to check it out in store first.The customer service was excellent and I can't fault the shopping at Harvey Norman experience as each time I have shopped there it has been pleasant.
I can’t believe a pillow could make such a difference! I have never slept so well. The cost is well worth it. I got the large as I have a king bed and pleased I did. Totally recommend.
I have had latex pillows for years but still woke with neck and shoulder pain. I have had my Tempur symphony (large) for two weeks now and OMG no pain. Best gift I have ever received.
I was on my way to buy two more of my usual pillows which have served me well over several years. I was invited to try the Tempur range, and out of politeness, I laid on one of them. There was something unique about it that was immediately apparent. The pillow supported my head, allowed it to find its natural position, and was very relaxing and satisfying. There was no bounce factor either, which on reflection, my other memory foam pillows did - as I changed position, my head bounced.
