The TENNA Men ActiveFit protector is well made, fits well, and provides excellent reassurance that embarrassing wet patches do not appear on clothing. The protector is comfortable to wear, and invisible when in use. A good, well priced, confidence booster for males of any age with a leakage problem.

Bought this product as substitute for level 3 pads, which were out of stock.Very disappointed with their performance and not a suitable alternative. They don't stick in position very well and crumple up & stick to themselves. They certainly don't provide me with security from leakage and I'll be glad to get a new supply of level 3 pads

I've been using Tena products since my prostatectomy 13 years ago and they have never let me down. I have been able to live a completely normal life without wondering where the bathroom is all the time ! Also a next day service from Tena Direct which gets my order to me usually within 24h right down on the north coast of Cornwall. Couldn't ask for more !

I started with Level Two but, as my condition worsened, I now need the highest level protection that I have found. I only use these pads fitted to my underwear during the day-time & they lasted all day but now, I sometimes need to change my underwear together with a new pad between 4.00pm & 7.00pm, as they become full & leak! No fault of the Tena level 3 protection pads, it's just me! I use the Tena Excel large Pants while in bed at night. I recommend this product.
I purchased this product for my husband who has dementia, and is becoming incontinent. I thought it would be a good first step. However, even though the product seems absorbent enough for dribbles etc, he couldn't understand that he needed to keep it in position after going to the toilet. The adhesive strip isn't strong enough to keep it in place while he is pulling his pants back up. So not right for us.

I couldn't find them in any store, but knew there had to be something in between the little one and the "moderate", so when I found this one, I took a chance and am glad I did. Perfect size and shape; wider than the "light" but still thin and comfortable. About the same thickness as the lightest one but larger (about 7 inches wide at the top, 3 inches at the bottom, and 7 1/2 inches long.) I will buy these again.
I've had my prostate whipped out (cancer - well done NHS). Hence bladder control is not up to standard. These little beaties really sort me out. Came quickly and reasonable value, but the packaging is over the top. God knows how many of these pads are used and thrown away each day in the UK but it must be millions. Each one comes in its own little pack. Both the packing and the pad are dumped. I'd feel better if there was some way to deal with them.
Urine leakage after prostate surgery.Have used the common products on the market- T, D and M and found the wider shape of T better to catch all dribbles. The backing waterproof material produces less sweat with sport. All products are heavy to the feel after 80 to100ml of urine and need changing.D is less expensive than T which is less expensive than M. Prices do cycle and best $ has been CW.
As per lots of complaints on the internet, the product seems to have changed. The adhesive is totally inadequate, the pad seems thinner and I have now developed ball itch when they are removed! Ensure that Tena gets this info, I totally agree with all the complaints and would like to know if there is anything that can be done to rectify the requests, Not just noting the reviews but actually doing something To deal with the complaints.
