I had prostate surgery last year, which has left me unable to hold my water for more than a few minutes. I tried several brands of these pads, but found these to be the best. They come in different thicknesses depending on your needs. These level 3 pads really do hold a lot (up to 700ml). They are very discreet, and you can easily carry a spare one to in your pocket. They also stop odours too, and give you the confidence to go out without worrying about embarrassing accidents, as long as you drink sensibly. I would recommend them for anyone having prostate, bladder or urinary tract surgery, temporary post op, or long term use.

They are very absorbant and easy to put on and off. He tried other cheaper products but these were the best. They are not the cheapest but it definitely gave him confidence to go and about again in public.

These urinary pads fit inside your underwear so ensure the pad is correctly aligned and the underwear is holding it tightly. Otherwise be prepared for leaks. The pad can retain about a third of a bladder and overflows and leaks if a larger pass of urine occurs. Tena do not give the capacity of the pads in litres. I suffer from partial urinary incontinence due to prostate enlargement. Although these pads have their limitations they give me freedom to go out without the embarrassment of visual accidents.
Since my Prostate Operation, I have a small leakage problem. The level 3 Protection Shield, will keep me safe and comfortable throughout the daytime. I have confidence in leaving the house, without having to worry about having an embarrassing moment. I have been using this product for over 5 confident years
Good delivery dates and just the right number of packs. The pack of six means we don't have to worry about running out, especially if we have a spell on days when you go through more than normal. Good to have a bit of a discount when buying the 6 pack. Quality pad, not too bulky yet absorbent.
I have been incontinent for the last 5years, since I have had my prostate out because it was enlarged and had a sliight bit of Cancer which I continue to fight.However I live a very active life working twice a year for yhe poor in India. I go to the Himalayas next week for a month.While I recommend your company for the good service I get from your staff I do feel the Level three is constructed at the side in rather a limited way. I use four pads a day and always leak to the right. Not every pad or every day but when I do some work in the garden or am out walking.

I have tried several brands of so called Male Guards. None of them cover the area like Tena as they are actually narrow women's pads renamed for men. I had real leakage problems until I found the Tena pads with wings to cover the vital area.

Delivery was unexpectedly prompt given the circumstances.The product is not ideal for me as I have a catheter, which frequently backs up and leaks. The pads then allow leakage as the fit is not watertight. But it is the best I can do.
