That said I have tried all three variations of these pads and have to say I like them all. These are by far the most comfortable brand that I have found. Other brands that I have tried tended to be rough around the edges and rub in an uncomfortable way. I am guessing they are only good for drips and dribbles and when I wear them I tend to be more careful to make sure I empty completely.

Tena is a very good product! I find them a little more expensive so I went to another cheaper name brand but with in 10min of putting them on I realized what a mistake I made!! I immediately went back to my Tena’s !What a relief that was ! My only complaint was that if you tend to void large amounts of at one time the outer covering may seep a little and may soil your clothes, but not very often all in all compared to other products. This is an extremely good product and I will always go back to Tena. My daughter says you get what you pay for!!

She did not know about the absorbency variations and tried to order it with no luck. I found it at a discount store in Bologna. I recently had an anal fistulotomy procedure. There is a several-month-long healing period, and I have had some drainage from the surgical site. The surgeon had suggested to me prior to the surgery that I should get some pads or adult diapers. I first used some feminine hygiene pads, but the coverage wasn't the best. I ordered the TENA Mens Max pads, and they are great! If I need more pads for any reason, these will be the ones I will use.

I generally use the Overnight pads 24x7, but on occasion use the Super Plus Heavy briefs. Especially when it will be a long day and not always able to change a pad. When I am travelling, the underwear makes for a more comfortable situation. My incontinence is usually a surge with little to no feeling of a need to get to the bathroom, or sometimes a gentle leakage that is not even noticed. I initially tried the Super Plus Heavy underwear in size Large, but found them to be just a little smaller than I need,, but the XL size feels a little larger than I would prefer. The underwear definitely absorbs a great amount of urine, but I need to change more frequently than I would like. Mostly due to the sagging of the underwear not as snug as I would like. We've used this brand for my wife for 12-13 years now. It's the best fitting petite, most comfortable feel, and offers the best protection compared to any other brand we've tried for her before we discovered Tena. She isn't able to get out of bed, not even to toilet, so its protection is a very important aspect to the quality of these adult diapers.We used to get it at our drug store, but they no longer carry it so instead of switching brands, we luckily were able to keep ordering them on Tena's website.
