A reasonable fit but the pad area seens designed for very well endowed Gents, being of average size I felt they needed to be snugger to catch the drips and dribbles!!! I won't be buying anymore, it's a shame as the idea is good. Much prefer the disposable pads that Tena make to fit in your own briefs, washable pads along those lines would be ideal if they were made!!!!As for washing, not ideal as the washing instructions recommend using a Wool & Silk detergent and no fabric conditioner so have to be washed separately, then they take for ever to air dry!!! So I cannot really recommend!!!

My enlarged prostate doesn't always behave itself so I've been using tena pads level 0 or 1 for several years. I was dubious about these boxers and ordered just one. I wasnt sure if they were the level 1 equivalent. However, I have found that they are close to level 1 and the fit very comfortable. The padded part is quite loose unlike wearing the tight boxer and pad combo and much more comfortable.Because the pad is in a fixed position you can be sure that you haven't missed. The absorption means they last all day and will take all the drops and cripples and even a little more!

I have tried a few different types of hygienic products for men. But these are by far the best to lead a confident lifestyle without the embarrassment of dribbles and Staines on the front of trousers. They are very comfortable and although quite pricey being machine washable means I use these more now than ordinary underwear with pads. All In all a very good product..

I'm using these boxers to try and get away from using disposable guards. I used level 1/2 guards in the past now I'm trying reusable alternatives. Washable and reusable tena that actually are no different from my old underwear I fixed my disposable pads to. So comfortable and a great fit! I suffer from PUD (post urination dribble) so these cope well with my needs. Let's look after the planet and cut our carbon footprint What I would like is a higher absorbancy in the future.
As I now have a problem whereby when I feel the need to urinate I have to go. I can no longer hold the urge for very long. i therefore bought this product as a safeguard for when I was going on holiday, which involved a four hour flight when invariably there is a queue to use the toilets by other inflight passengers. This product gave me the comfort of knowing that I would not embarrass myself. I was also pleasantly surprised to find how comfortable it was to wear, from the point of leaving home and finally arriving at my hotel some eight hours later.
Look like ordinary boxers. Quality materials and manufacturing.Gives me that extra confidence whilst bladder retraining, away from the home.Slightly contradictory information...one place says wash with everything else, elsewhere says to use a delicates (wool/silk) detergent. Not a big deal.
The pants look great and are very comfortable to wear. I bought two pairs as I am "between sizes". The larger pair are useless. They do not lock in urine and any dribble soon ends up with a very wet backside and a change of clothes.The smaller pair are marginally better, presumably because of a tighter fit in the crotch. They also seemed to cope better at locking in liquid. However I would say neither pair was suitable for all day wear.On the plus side, they are very easy to wash and dry very quickly.Would I purchase again? Probably to allow Tena time to iron out teething troubles
Quite a comfortable fit when first put on, however the crotch depth (distance between the crotch and the waist) is too short. This results in the underpants riding down the thighs resulting in them being held up by the trouser crotch. Needs an extra couple of inches in length. This is not a "size" issue; the underpants are almost "hipsters". Notwithstanding that issue, they are comfortable and do the job they're designed to do. They wash well but need a little extra time drying because of the absorbent material.
I must say these are the most uncomfortable briefs I have ever owned. I know they have an added layer of supposedly absorbing material which, apart from making them more bulky than normal and the absence of a fly hole, makes it almost impossible to extract your penis in an emergency even if you make it to the toilet in time.I would not recommend these briefs to anyone. A complete waste of time and money.
As in the title if you just have the odd dribble putting the fella away, they will be fine, if you are prone to a few more dribbles through the day, while they are ok for a while they do start to feel a little uncomfortable. When I first pulled them on I thought bliss to be in normal underwear, as I need to wear just a light pad after my Prostatectomy and then Radiotherapy. I had planned to buy 5 pairs had they worked as well as I was hoping but after my first experience I have not given them a second run out. I am maybe being a bit unfair, but trying to be honest as well. I suppose if I was more in control they would be perfect for me.
