I think this is one of the best and i hope the price for now pls stay the same. Its hard to get a good underpants for my parents as they are very choosy. Not only TENA pants comfortable, but also it really holds the liquid. Definitely recommended for caretakers out there.

I have used pads for years and have never really been happy with their efficacy. At the time that I started, larger disposable pants were not available. However, I had been becoming increasingly unhappy with the pads and investigated the pants again after a friend suggested them. Although they can have a tendency to not absorbing slight spills straight away, they are much better than the pads. The spills don't get onto my outer garments and I can carry on walking without worrying what other people might see. I have not had a major leak to test them out, and hope I don't, but I think I am safe in these. I recently had a slight, temporary, problem with bowel leakage and they saved me from embarassment for that too. They fit well and are very comfortable.

I find these pants comfortable and they hold a good amount of urine without leaking. I wake up three times in the night and need to use the toilet. I have to put clean pants on each time as the ones I have worn are very heavy with urine. They compare favourably with the Tena Pants - in fact I can’t tell the difference!

I have been using ordinary ladies cotton and nylon panties since coming out as transgender 9 months ago I started wearing tena panties shortly afterwards. I find they are really comfortable and soft and keep the male parts well hidden. I would recommend any man thinking of coming out to try these. They are very lady like and look really nice I sometimes wear cotton panties over them and I also use tena pads
First time wearingthem, bit nervous&selfconscious, but needed not have been. Nice snug secure fit,no leaks and still comfortable when fully absorbed and feel confident in them. Wear them at work when driving as no toilet facilities.My high waist Y Fronts fit perfectly overthe top of them. They are hat good, i'm thinking of wearing them all the time! Highly recommend them.
I have been using these knickers for a few weeks now after I received a coupon. Before that I tried the vinyl unisex panties, but they were massive on me I have read several reviews which compare them to wearing a nappy, does it really matter if it feels like you have a nappy on if it means you can live life to the full and go out without worrying about having a little accident. Yes I am male in my early seventies and I do not like wearing men's pants I find ladies knickers much more comfortable, and I like the different colours and material I have also used the ladies discreet towels. Both are excellent products which I wished I had found earlier. Should be advertised as unisex. Well worth the price.
Life without this product would be even more difficult than it already is. They have been well tested by me and I dont hesitate to sing their praise as I can survive without humiliation in most scenarios which would be unthinkable without them. Before I had access to online ordering I had to rely on buying them from supermarkets etc which often dont have larger sizes and, besides, it was hugely embarrassing to do so in public. I felt like a sign was over my head for all to see that I have an incontinence issue! How women coped before Tena I do not know nor wish to think about.
My very independant 79 yr old husband initially fought the need for control of his urinary (and occasional faecal) incontinence. With great reluctance, he finally agreed to try the Tena product. It only took a day and he was hooked! He is very impressed with the pull-ups. He now feels more confident to go out and about without the prospect of 'accidents' or leaks. This is a very good product...soft, comfortable and effective, day and night.
currently in my postnatal period after having baby girl and wanted to wear something that's comfortable and that i have confidence in not leaking and isn't too bulky . I have tried other brands too but TENA is definitely one of my favorites so far and would definitely recommend picking up a sample to see if it works for you too. I personally prefer wearing the black tena pads as its not a great sight looking at blood on a white pad however it has its advantages as you are able to see if it is normal or not and have a better idea about the amount . Will be purchasing again for any future deliveries.
Compared to the Super version these Maxi ones are a lot,lot better for adsorption. Would be handy if there was a quick rip strip/feature for easy removal.Very expensive. Why don't Boot's offer VAT free for the OAP as if they did I'd consider giving more stars.
