I was impressed with the discreetness of the shields. Wearing them improved my confidence whilst recovering from a prostate operation which left me with leaking and control issues. They were a good supplement to my pelvic floor exercises. Highly recommend the product to other patients.

Having been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer at a relatively young age (42); I underwent a radical prostatectomy. To be able to continue an active sporting life was extremely important to me for my own state of mind - but those 'little accidents' because of the surgery were a barrier to this. The Shield - discreet and protective - now gives me all the confidence I need.

Since recovering from Prostate Cancer surgery last year I have had urine incontinence but through hard work doing pelvic floor muscle exercise and using Tena pads for support I have nearly regained control over incontinence. These pads are perfect for me now to protect light dribble and give 100% confidence.

I love the little sachets, and reuse the film and grey poly packet for covering the used protective shield (after having rolled it up). I think the Tena shield is quality. Works for me, gives me confidence at night and reassurance during the day. I wish I had known about Tena before. I ordered the samples which helped me decide which level of protection I needed, which thankfully is quite light.
I have bladder cancer and am using Tena at the moment. It protects me against any urgent need to get to the toilet or if there's any small leakage, for example whilst travelling. Mostly it's a precaution just in case, but it gives me confidence knowing that it's there. Buying them regularly and will continue to do so even when I get the all clear.

These excellent Extra Light Protective Shields from Boots have provided effective protection for a considerable length of time, but now I find, at age 88, that they sometimes are not totally protective. I shall have to try a more substantial shield.

I bought these for my husband. He had protate cancer and after surgery he leaks very little and sometimes. He was using my pads which are not the right fir for a men, once I saw these on line I purchase them and he's really happy with it. Much more confortable since they are more adpted to the men's body.
