Terre D'Hermes Eau De Toilette Spray 50ml
TERRE D'HERMÈS is an “Eau de Toilette“ offers a flavour very similar version in “Terre d'Hermès Eau de Parfum“ - earthier, more mineral, darker and more intensive -, this cologne offers a lighter, more subtle smell, not mineral, for its everyday use. Features in harmony with the awakening of vibrant notes from nature, at first an exquisite sense of vitality is perceived, thanks to its citrus notes from grapefruit and orange. After a few minutes this fragrance attunes with the skin, vents its heart of vetiver and cedar notes, in line with the wood scents of nature. The base notes are composed of resins and benzoin. Resins give it a sweet halo attuned with the appreciated smell of Sumatra benzoin resin (Indonesia) used since ancient times for its medicinal properties, nowadays very popular in aroma therapy, which brings a touch of elegant finishing. A fragrance designed for modern men and travellers who find the beauty in a simple and complex environment and in nature. An explosion of stimuli for men who are not afraid to live exceptional moments.

I stumbled on to this classy fragrance in 2010. I have since then had a bottle in possession, at all times. It's a citrus and vetiver masterpiece that has been exceptionally blended. It makes my happy heart, happier. It's like aroma therapy for me. I found my skin chemistry is more tuned to the pure parfum version. There are many who will vouch for the EDT version, too, but then to each his own.The performance and sillage are excellent. It's an olfactory delight! As for me, it will never cease to be out of fashion. It's a work of art and hands down, one of my favorites. It has gotten me a fair share of compliments over the years.Hamdan and Friday Charm are doing a great service by arranging these awesome/authentic fragrances at fair prices for us.

One of my favorites from France 🏆👛Created by Christine Nagel, Hermes' perfumer, Terre d'Hermes Eau Givree combines the vigour of citron and the incisive freshness of juniper berry with the power of Timut pepper. The striking sensation of an icy breeze is juxtaposed with the generosity of the woody, mineral notes characteristic of Terre d'Hermes. 👛Refillable and sustainable, the bottle combines glass with aluminium, two fully recyclable materials. As if cut from ice, the object is sleek and limpid. Frosted glass and brushed aluminium evoke the notion of frost covering the earth. The H on its base is a subtle reference to the ancestry of a now-cult object. Olfactory emotion: Fresh, Delicate Main raw materials: Citron, Juniper berry, Timut pepper #fragranceLover

Terre d'Hermes EDT is a timeless and classic fragrance that is perfect for men. The scent is fresh and earthy, with a hint of citrus that adds a touch of brightness. One of the standout notes in Terre d'Hermes EDT is the orange, which adds a warm and fruity element to the overall scent. While I love the orange note in this fragrance, I do wish that it was a bit less prominent, as it can be a bit overpowering at times. Despite this, the overall scent of Terre d'Hermes EDT is absolutely amazing. It is fresh and invigorating, making it perfect for everyday wear. The scent is not too overpowering, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions. Overall, I would highly recommend Terre d'Hermes EDT to any man looking for a timeless and classic fragrance. The fragrance opens with clear notes of grapefruit and orange, there are a bit of earthy notes at the opening. The grapefruit and orange come up as sweet and bitter at the same time, the overall opening is very pleasant. Compared to the EDP, the EDP opens less citrusy than the EDT. In just a moment, the oakmoss will add its early, woody, and slightly leathery note; the benzoin will add its vanilla sweet touch, slightly musky. These tones add some deepness to the fragrance, turning something that otherwise would be just a citrus fragrance into a more versatile citrus/woody/earthy, and more mature fragrance. Although mostly similar, the EDT version is sharper, more projecting and zesty than the EDP, whereas the EDP version is rounded, less projecting, more resinous, woody, and slightly powdery than the EDP, the EDP is less vibrant than the EDT.
The perfect fragrance to meet the president of your country or just take a walk with your good friends. Accurate balance of citrus and dry out as God commands. It smells like old oranges laid on humid earth, in the good sense of the word. I do not know how the master, Jean-Claude Ellena, got the earthy smell, but it is amazing. Awesome performance of minerals in perfumery. I can not say it's my favorite, it's not even in my top 5, but TDH is a "must have it" if you like the citrus. The disadvantage is that the price is too high for many budgets, but to have a classy aroma, you have to make the sacrifice. In short words, extremely exquisite, smells expensive and it is an excellent investment if you love the smell of orange.
Terre d'Hermes pulled me back into the fragrance world -- a little more mature, confident and discerning than I was in my 20s. I've got a sensitive and picky nose, and I gave up trying to find scents that weren't overly aquatic, gauche or fruity back in the late aughts. I put this on in the morning and get little whiffs of it throughout the day that always make me pause to admire it. Everything here is just right and infinitely wearable, measured and understated. The citrus is so well-balanced, not overly juicy or sweet and just a tinge of bitterness from the orange rind, so that it doesn't become cloying or overpowering. Earthy spice of the cedar and vetiver at the base and the flint in the heart ground it, so it feels developed and dignified, never approaching anything loud or too attention-grabbing. It's a strong, silent fragrance -- noticeable, pleasant, sophisticated and appreciated. Perfect for the office. Great for an outdoor gathering in spring or fall. Works great in formal occasions. Most consider this a fall or spring fragrance but it works well in the summer outside of the very hottest days and in the winter when the spice beneath the citrus really shines. Can't ask for much more in a fragrance.
I’m an easy to please fragrance fan. I’ve heard Terre d’Hermes get described as a “masterpiece” multiple times. Most fragrance aficionados would actually agree. However, in my 50-100 bottle collection, this is easily one of the least likeable ones I own. Not only do I not enjoy it as much as I enjoy my others, I have never received a positive comment when wearing it. This opens as a very woody and citrusy fragrance that settles down into a vetiver bomb (and not much else). This fragrance is pretty much only vetiver to me, and that is not what I’d call a masterpiece. Most people disagree with me, especially so since this fragrance is on multiple “greatest of all time” lists, but I cannot recommend this.
Terre d'Hermes was the first fragrance I ever bought, way back in 2009 and now, 13 years later I'm pleased to say it smells as timeless as ever. Compared to some fragrances which bear little resemblance to their launch formulation, Terre d'Hermes still smells exactly as I remember it.The opening gives a strong citrus blast which slowly fades into a beautiful, vetiver infused dry-down which is as sophisticated as it is alluring. It's a beautiful transition which happens gradually; as seemingly opposed as the citrus and vetiver notes are, you never sense they are competing for dominance. It should be said vetiver as a scent can take some getting used to, it's not as instantly recognisable as citrus or floral notes but here it is perfectly blended.I've tried both ... Whilst both are beautiful, the citrus notes are less noticeable in the Parfum, where the vetiver and earthy notes are more prominent. The EDT also projected more on my skin whilst the Parfum lasted slightly longer. The fact this fragrance remains as popular 16 years after it was released says everything. I can't think of an occasion which Terre d'Hermes wouldn't be suitable for; date nights, business, holidays, it's beautifully suited for all.
So many expectations for 24 Faubourg.First sniff bitterness. Caught aback, I smelled closer and decided to wait for it to develop. The orange, which starts bitter like orange peel bergamot sure must be involved here, and proceeds to a grow into a true, realistic orange, is ever present until the drydown, bathed in warm amber, harmoniously blended with orange blossom. To my disappointment, the gardenia is less pronounced than I expected, while the hyacinth was constantly lingering in the background. True gardenia is a rare find in perfumes, and sadly 24 Faubourg didnt impress on that note. Iris appears is quite pronounced in the middle, giving off a powdery vibe with whiffs of ylang, black elder and a barely noticeable jasmine, though these come off realistically ... The base is quite pleasant, though nothing extraordinary, but it blends beautifully with the rest, leaving an allover warm, elegant and luxurious smell. Most definitely a day scent, although it would also be fitting for classy evening wear or a special occasion. On me, it sits quite close to the skin, I cant smell it unless I touch my nose against my wrist. It is also barely noticeable now, after less than two hours after application. A reformulation, perhapsNonetheless this is worthy of being my new signature. I just cant get enough of it. Ive been stopped on the street while jogging, and been followed by a guy to ask me about my perfume. He described it as smelling of lust. Creepy encounter altogether, but if 24 Faubourg can provoke such reactions... The house of Hermes doesnt disappoint. Keep in mind, this is a scent for lovers of orange, orange blossom and gardenia. Crisp, clean, orangewhite smell, perfect for daywear and special occasions alike. Regardsless, its pricey buy the tester before you head for the big bottleI am in no affiliated with fragrancex or Hermes, or anyone for that matter. I wish I were compensated for this review, but alas. Im just a perfume hobbyist. Happy shopping.
The Terre D’Hermes cologne presents a radiant and citrusy aroma that is surprisingly versatile. The scent initially is reminiscent of freshly picked oranges, with hints of bitter grapefruit. Prolonged wear will unveil its complexity. Earthy notes of vetiver provide a lovely balance to the citrus fragrance. The scent works well for nearly any occasion, and my boyfriend found that the cologne is excellent for daily wear at the office. The cologne quickly made its way to the front of his collection and has become a go-to scent due to its suitability for any occasion. After sampling the cologne, he will be purchasing this fragrance in the future.
