Great packaging, love that it had instruction on the lid, and manual for the trimmer.The look of the trimmer, storage case, brush/comb, and scissors are sleek.The beard conditioner, oil, and balm smell great, and are not overly powerful like some beard products.Trimmer settings starting at 0.5 are perfect for all types of trimming and cleaning up of facial hair.I was going back and forth on getting just the beard trimmer or the pro kit, glad I spent a little more for the kit as it was worth it.

Works great on setting the length of my beard as well as my husband’s beard. I tend to keep mine cut shorter than he does and the smaller set of clippers with the attachment is perfect and it works very well with cutting in the shape of my beard as well. It’s great for trimming my mustache and it works really well on the nape of my neck. We are both what the Gay community calls a “Bear” and we are both attracted to body hair. So we basically use the products to keep our beards in check. The beard oil is a plus and smells great. I’m not a huge fan of beard oil but it’s definitely not your everyday beard oil that you can buy from your local grocer or pharmacy.

The kit is great and has pretty much everything you need to keep your beard in good shape. My only gripes are that the edger has very big blades and makes it difficult to get accurate and precise line ups. Additionally, even at the highest setting, it cuts very low. If you have a long beard I would avoid the hedger unless you want to free hand trim. I think I’m going to purchase a separate trimmer that’s more precise and has more options for people with longer beards.
It seems pointless to have 20 length settings but only have a max setting of 10mm, which is equivalent to a # 3-3.5 guard. Some people want longer beards to look well trimmed and this trimmer won't allow for that. When I saw 20 length settings, I figured it would cut to at least a # 8 to # 10 guard in 1/2 increments.
I received the beard Hedger Pro pretty quickly after ordering it. The packaging came in a nice strong sturdy box and already was charged up and ready to go. The kit is pretty nice even though I haven’t used the scissors but the brush is good quality. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase only bad thing is that the guard that comes with it gets full of hair pretty quickly. Start out with the highest setting and work your way down from there to the style you want.
As I am writing this for my partner (for whom I purchased this kit), I am going off of what they told me after. They love the beard brush the most. It made their beard unbelievably soft when paired with the conditioner in ways it never did before. His cut is more precise and smooth versus his old tools, and his beard maintained that well-kept look and feel for longer than he did prior. The trimmer was a massive game-changer for him compared to his old habit of taking whatever clippers we had lying around that were never meant for that task.This was the best investment and gift I could have gotten for him.
I previously had a pretty cheap beard trimmer that honestly did not work very well and the Beard Hedger is so convenient and easy to use. The time it takes to trim my beard has cut in half if not more since buying it and all around is a lot easier to use than what I previously had. Definitely would recommend buying this product.
As the title says, it is the best trimmer I have used. Everything in the kit is very well made. Love the smell of the conditioner, shampoo, and everything else. Had to go baby-faced but when my beard grows back I look forward to using it all
The beard trimmer is awesome gets the job done and cleans up nice. I usually trim my beard to a number 3 clip. But on this machine I used the same clip and the cut was way shorter than expected good thing my beard grows back quick or else I would of returned it.
