A very good supplement. Good for my sensitive tummy. I am alternating this with my Glow Inner Beauty and I noticed changes on my skin. Being in my mid 40s, my skin is surprisingly radiant and glowing when I use these. Highly recommend.

I use a fair few of Carla’s range and always seem to come back to cleanse. I take breaks & use different things from the range but when I add cleanse & glow together in my morning smoothie it sets me up well for the day. My skin generally is clear & bright and I put it down to Clara’s products that I’ve been using since my late forties through to now in my early fifties . Cleanse mixes well , tastes good and works well in the body :)

Love this product so much! I don’t use it every day but rather once a week to just reset. Once every three months I do a few days of detoxing. It’s gentle enough to use every day if you wanted with using a smaller amount but strong enough for when you really need it. Definitely recommend! I’ve purchased with Glow and the 2 work perfectly!

It keeps my stomach from feeling sore and bloated if I over indulge, my 12 yr old asks for a serving after a birthday/over indulging and she says “I’m surprised it works so quickly, I don’t feel sick anymore.”Cleanse is my nightly ritual before bed. I noticed while moving house I wasn’t going to the ladies room and realized I had overlooked having my Cleanse. A few times a week I also have Glow and Cleanse in my water bottle in the morning. It really helps me stay regular and feeling healthy in my gut. Now my skin was oily and dry but now my gut health is healthy my T zone has become normal and I have less flakey dry skin on my forehead and cheeks. I started using the Cleanse powder as part of the Cleanse Reset, and had noticeable improvements within 14 days. I have a collection of auto immune conditions, and typically eat pretty cleanly - and have been previously prescribed other probiotic powders by my integrative GP; but noticed a huge difference in reduction of bloating to my tummy and issues with digestion, and my skin is noticeable glowing on my face to the point where colleagues commented on it (I should note I have been using it alongside Glow, and some other changes to my skincare routine). My pesky eczema that had flared up over the last few months has also entirely calmed down. Enjoying it so much that I've decided to just keep going with the reset!

Hi, I've have started using your amazing products just over two weeks ago, and am in love. I bought the body, cleanse and glow and make a smoothie with all three products every morning. I actually feel so much more energetic and look so refreshed since taking them. Look, for people hesitating wheather to use these products, than just take the time and read up about them and you will realise how healthy they are. They aren't made up with fillers and artificial crap like most so called health foods. They are made with 100% effective, beneficial nutrients and food which, to be honest, most of us would not be getting in our normal, everyday diets. I decided to try CLEANSE after I finished my container of GLOW, wanting to compare the digestive benefits of both products. After purchasing Cleanse, I received and email from The Beauty Chef with a Cleanse program guideline. To be fair, I didn't purchase the product with the intention of detoxing.As for taste and benefits of the products, I preferred the sweet flavour of Glow over the subtle apple flavour of Cleanse. I did not enjoy the fibre in Cleanse. I got better digestive relief from Glow.I use Beauty Chef products as gut support for overall health and improved skin. I understand they are similar yet different products, but depending on your goals and your budget, I would recommend Glow over Cleanse.

It was the month before and was doing the Blogilates 28-day reset challenge just so I could fit into my birthday dress and so I would take this powder every night with it before bed and every morning my skin and stomach would always look and feel amazing. I love the product but because of the packaging I'm going to give it a 1 star. It really eats at me.... I am very sad and that an Australian company is using so much plastic and such small sizing for packaging their product when you open your package only half of it is full sure they can shrink the size of the packaging for the size of the powder that you're getting in the plastic jars!!if not change your packaging to pouches or glass!!doesn't Carla Oats feel bad that she's using all that plastic to store her products destroying Australian environment?
