I love this cream! I was always told never to put lotion or moisturizer on your face at night because it will make you break out. When I was about 19, an older woman I worked with told me that in order to keep your skin hydrated and healthy you needed to use a good moisturizer at night. She was beautiful (inside and out) and I trusted her. Over the past 18 years, I've tried many different products and found this one. I started using is several years ago and I won't use anything else on my face at night. It is a very thick cream and for a moment I thought it was a bad idea, but after only two nights I noticed major improvements to my skin. DO NOT use on your face

No matter how carefully I apply this stuff it always ends up irritating my eyes. It not an allergic reaction bc it does hydrate my skin without me breaking out or puffing up. This has been the only moisturizer that does this, and I even use an under eye cream so I don't understand why my eyes get so irritated with this.

For men too- a serious anti aging cream
28 September 2018

I'm a 55 year old man and have been using this for over 20yrs. I get complimented all the time on my younger look. This is the best face cream you will ever use. Feels great putting it on your face, not greasy or shiny at all. Seriously does wonders for your face. Great price and value. Consider it my 'secret weapon' against aging and it works! I have also given this to friends as gifts and they too are sold on it. Btw, face creams aren't just for woman. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not 4 my dry skin
19 January 2022

I got a sample of this, not sure if it's possible it was expired but seemed too greasy on my dry flaking face&actually broke me out a little. Expired or not though my face is on another level of dry from being sick so I'm dry/dehydrated&this was def not moisturizing enough at all to help get my skin back in order. If your skin is really dry I'd def skip this. If it didn't break me out I'd be willing to maybe try again but there's too many options out there so I'll be skipping. Everybody's skin is different but this was greasy, broke me out&didn't moisturize maybe it would be better for another skin type but most def not mine.

Perfect for winter 'layering'
12 January 2022

I was very happy with this moisturizer, it is the last step of my day/night routine. It is very thick but buttery smooth, so I apply it on top of all my other products to seal it all in. Use it Night and Day currently because of how dry and dehydrated i get during winter. This isn't really a con in general since rose-scented products aren't my personal favorite, can be so overpowering. This one is not bad but i would love an unscented version or something with the vitamin E. I LOVE their mango scented products so that would make it just amazing.

This is my go-to every night, night-cream!
28 April 2020

I use this every night after I wash my face during the fall/winter months when my face needs a little extra TLC. My husband uses this too and we have very different skin types. We both love it and have purchased this several times, and will continue to do so. I have combination skin that is pale with redness and some sensitivity, while my husband has dry skin with no redness. We both use this after we wash our faces at night and feel that it absorbs enough before we go to bed. We have never experienced any reactions to it, although I would try to use minimal amounts at first and work my way up to the desired amount that absorbs for you. My husband thought it was too thick at first, but now he only uses a little bit on clean skin and likes it. Vit E “Nourishing night cream” sucks!
11 December 2017

Reformulated night cream which is nothing like the former- It used to be my go-to night cream with a subtle rose scent, rich & creamy texture which absorbed beautifully & left my skin feeling and looking nourished. The ‘new’ product smells horrendous! It smells artificial! Intense perfumey stink which makes me sneeze & wanting to wash it off pronto! The texture is more whipped & lacks the therapeutic qualities of the original formulation. Extremely disappointing!! Am returning all that I ordered!

Vitamin E night cream
30 April 2020

I have used this for years & it works well. Nice scent & lovely thick texture so you don't have to use much. And no expiration date on it (like on their day lotions with sunscreen) so you don't have to worry about not having enough time to use the product up. Seriously, I used to love the seaweed day lotion, too, but just bought some & was surprised it will expire in 4 months so will have to use the tube up fast. Disappointing, because that isn't a problem with other brands, but again this vitamin e lotion does not have an expiration date so you're good.

I. WILL. NEVER. ~not~ SING PRAISES about this product. This is my go-to recommendation for The Body Shop and all facial moisturizers! I started using it after a friend recommended it to me while I was living in Breckenridge, Colorado, for a summer—high altitude = crazy dryness. This moisturizer CURED my skin and my soul. My routine is to cleanse my face with micellar water and then apply this over my face—DONE. Super simple and it ~always~ leaves my skin silky smooth!I only gave 4 stars on value because I do wish it was a little cheaper ($15-17), but it’s so good that I buy it anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it does last for a long time!10/10 will always recommend!
