The Only One Intense by Dolce & Gabbana Eau De Parfum Spray (Tester) 3.3 oz

This scent was not for me. It's not bad, I will say that. But to me and on me, it smells like the interior of a new car. Like, a NICE new car, granted, with leather seats and such, but it's not what I was expecting from the notes in the description. Yes, I do notice men approach me more often when I wear it, to ask 'what kind of car' I have, but when I wear perfume that not exactly the outcome I am going for. That being said, my roommte says to him it smells like a slightly sweeter version of his Spice Bomb. So yeah...

I am in love with this fragrance from the first sniff. I've never been a fan of sweet fragrances, but this one really caught my eye. It must be admitted that it stands out from commercial fragrances thanks to its intriguing composition of fragrance notes and interesting projection. The fragrance features notes of jasmine, neroli, orange blossom, tangerine and green apple. It is citruses and apple that are felt at the bitter-sweet beginning. This isn’t a bad fragrance, but it was not a good blind buy for me. The name “Intense” is misleading, the OG is more intense than this flanker IMO. I like coconut but prefer when it adds sweetness. In this fragrance, it’s the same type they use in sunscreeny perfumes like Beach Walk (although I wouldn’t describe this as a sunscreen scent). It has a cashmere accord (like Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere), so if you like that perfume, you’ll probably enjoy this one as well. I’ve since figured out cashmere isn’t a note I love. To me, it smells very similar to Kayali Utopia Vanilla Coco. It’s pretty wearable and inoffensive, just not for me. I had a full bottle and ended up blessing someone else with it.

Notes consist of: Top Notes: Neroli, Green Apple, and Italian Mandarin Middle Notes: Jasmine, Coconut, and Orange Blossom Base Notes: Vanilla, Cashmere Wood, and Cedar It does start off with a slight freshly fruity vive, but quickly turns into a smooth floral wrapped in creamy coconut. I am so thrilled that immediately upon opening the box, I was blown away. It’s one of those scents that stays with you like the original Chanel or Trésor by Lancôme, or so many of the unique original sense that still are around from the 90s and early 2000s, Chanel Chance, Dior, etc. I wouldn’t say it beats them out in any way, but upon first scent and after it settled on my skin it still had that sense of populace and richness of a great perfume. Although everyone’s tastes are very different, from my experience I highly recommend giving this a try for evenings or those events calling for a little romance.

Its my favourite fragrance but

Its my favourite fragrance but for some its becoming harder to source. I got 1st time duty free, last couple have gotten it from Farmers department store. They are no longer stocking it, last time i purchased it through feeling sexy website. I really want to continue to buy it but finding it had to get also.i always get questions of what fragrance it is as its so lovely on me as well lasts a long time on me without becoming a sickly smell like other fragrances have in the past.

Love from the first sniff

Lovely blend of jasmine vanilla and orange blossom. The opening is citrusy, and the dry down is creamy and sweet. Cashmere wood makes it sexy. Strong projection lasts for 3-4 hrs. then it blended with skin and turn subtle. If anyone loves Armani rouge malachite or Givenchy Lindert rouge, then definitely give it a try. Not dupe but similar vibe.

Soft and warm.

This is my second bottle. I love the softness and what I can only describe as'cuddleable' nature of this perfume. It lasts very well and the silage is good. People comment on it frequently.A slightly sweet, slightly warm - but not spicy, fragrance. I can't get enough of it. I read that it was discontinued and panicked but managed to get some from JL - couldn't find it anywhere else.The vanilla is noticeable and everything else blended well into it to create something that is gorgeous and somehow comforting. I recommend it for any season.Fabulous.
