I’ve been using those for over 3 months I think it’s a moderate working retinol product. I never severely purged, so I either need a higher concentration or just got lucky. I started using it once at night every three days during the first week, then every two days the second week. Now I’m using it every 4 days alternating with an AHA to exfoliate. Overall, I think my skin is relatively smoother more even in tone. I have fewer breakouts, especially in terms of hormonal acne. But I don’t think my skin is amazing after using this. Maybe I just need to use it for a long period but I might consider something stronger once I finish the bottle. The solution is easy to apply. It’s not sticky. It does smell a bit like butter though.

Really good product. Have tried other retinoid products in the past which caused a lot of breakouts (usual, but still undesirable!). Have been using this for a year and haven't had one single breakout, with consistent use of 2x a week. Skin looks super healthy. I combine it with vitamin c (different days, not together) and have seen great results. The price is also a positive - less than half of other retionoids for the same, or better, results.

I am loving the ordinary products. I find them Such a good quality for such a good price. I use the grand active retinaoid 2% in Squaline? After I have washed and toned my face. As instructed I wait till my face is dry first before applying it, In the evening under my other products. I have only been using it for a few days. My skin seems to be glowing with all these new products. I'm hoping to see a difference with fine wrinkles as time goes on..
I just keep coming back to The Ordinary for their beautiful serums. This Retinol is lovely and goes on so easy and absorbs really quickly! My skin looks amazing since I started using this, the fine lines are smooth and my pores even look like they have reduced. Above all my skin feels fresh and smooth the next day. I'm about to buy the 5% one and see how that goes.....take it slow if you're new to retinols as they can be a little harsh on sensitive skin. Although with the ordinary I haven't ha that issue.
i read an article showing how tiktok has discovered the secret of using retinol on the feet to cure dry, cracked skin, so i ordered this and it absolutely works! i use three drops on my feet every three or four days and honestly, my feet are transformed. i used to feel so embarrassed having my feet visible, but this has helped so much. between applications as well, my feet generally look much healthier. i haven’t even used a foot file but i’m sure that would doubly help. it’s unconventional but i really recommend if you want to improve the look and feel of your feet!
