I was so excited when The Ordinary expanding their brand into bodycare. Especially when it’s a versatile product that you actually use everyday. First of all, I really appreciate the pump bottle for convenience. The texture itself is lightweight but feels very nourishing on the skin. I have a dry sensitive skin and this lotion provides long lasting hydration and get rid of my flakey skin. Bonus points for being fragrance free. I have dry and dehydrated skin that needs something intense but I don’t like the feeling of something too heavy and greasy. This has the perfect consistency that keeps my skin so moisturized without making me feel greasy or sticky. The price is so amazing and affordable the quality. It makes my skin feel so soft, smooth, and silky! I highly recommend this lotion for all skin types!

This lotion is non greasy and absorbs really fast. I received this complimentary from The Ordinary and it is super gentle but really hydrating. It leaves my skin feeling soft, but not sticky at all. I really like this after the shower because it keeps my skin hydrated without leaving lotion residue stuck to my clothes or sheets. I’m really impressed because usually this kind of hydration comes from a thick cream and then I feel it on my skin all day. I like having skin that feels soft all day long without feeling like I just applied the lotion. And the pricepoint is really excellent for premium ingredients.

I've been waiting on the Ordinary to release a body lotion for long, and while this one doesn't disappoint exactly, it's more lime a serum for Mt dry skin. Let me explain. This body lotion melts I to the skin BEAUTIFULLY. perfect for adding hydrstion to dehydrated skin. But for me, it still requires a sealing body butter over top. That's absolutely fine for me, bc I do layer and have an expensive bodycare routine anyway. But I did want to give yall the heads up! Would probably be ideal for oily skin!
I have used this natural moisturizer factors and insulin body lotion for almost 2 weeks now. I used this lotion everyday morning and night, flushing the application on my entire legs and thighs. I like how it does not have any scent because it bothers me when skin or body care has fragrance. The lotion does go on very smoothly. I have bumpy skin on my legs and therefore, they were textured to the touch. After two weeks, my skin on my legs became smooth when touching, which is a pleasant surprise. I would continue using it to see if it can help with my cellulite on my outer thighs.
This lotion is simple but very effective. My skin was experiencing an eczema flare up and I needed to use something to help. Everything else was either making it worse or itch. I put a thin layer of this on and no itching or pain. The next day my skin was more clear. I was super impressed with that alone. I've been using on my neck, chest, and arms and I love how it sinks in and makes my skin feel moisturized without any film. Definitely worth a try. Just think the bottle could be a little bigger!
