This cookbook is awesome. I found Jeffrey's blog around the time I received my first Instant Pot. He was very good at explaining how to use it and I loved his videos showing how to make his recipes. This book is a natural extension of that blog as it has all of the steps in photos which makes it very helpful when using it. His recipes are wonderful and many of them like the Chili and Meatloaf are my families favorites, even my very picky eater gets excited when he hears the recipe is one of Jeffrey's. I would absolutely buy this book again and highly recommend it.

I’m NOT that professional! Sometimes I don’t have the time to cook so I wanted a instant pot bc it looks amazing 🤩 then when I got it, I didn’t know how to use it so I bought this book! Best Buy ever like the instant pot too! It’s a manual! Explain everything you have to know about the instant pot! Easy recipes, with ingredients we have at home usually! Fancy plates too! You can make a lot of things including desserts! I was afraid to use it bc all the bottoms it has... it’s very overwhelming!!! 😭 but this book explains you everything, every bottom! And their recipes has a step by step with images! Everything really explained!! It works for me!!! I highly recommend this if you’re a newy like me! ❤️🙌

Let me tell you, this book is AWESOME!!!!! It is super easy to read and contains all the info you need to create these simple, delicious recipes that the Instant Pot is known for. There are a lot of clear photos of each step in the recipe and that makes it so easy to follow. I'm very impressed with the basics section and the information on the different kinds of Instant Pot displays. A lot of very helpful information for a beginner, but also recommended for those with a lot of experience with their own IP creations. Absolutely perfect cookbook to go with you Instant Pot!!!

This is the 3rd time I have gifted this cookbook. It is a must for people new to the Instant Pot. I use this cookbook more than any other for consistently great recipes that always turn out wonderful.
Bought this cookbook a few weeks ago, and it’s a game changer! It is a must if you’re just learning To use an Instant Pot. The introduction alone is so valuable—all the info that’s lacking in the manual that the pot comes with. The best part is that I enjoy cooking again! The step-by-step pictures and directions make it so easy to follow. I’ve made a bunch of the recipes already and plan to keep trying more! If you’re unsure, just go for it! You won’t regret it.
Excellent cookbook & MORE! LOVE the step by step format, has a lot of great information & tips, easy to follow recipes and beautifully photographed pictures of EVERY recipe! This cookbook is for the "real world", ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen & won't have to spend a ton on or go searching for. Highly recommend! In fact, already ordered another one for my sister! And plan to buy several more for gifting!
I've watched Jeff's videos, for a long time. He has great recipes and is easy to follow. When I found out he had a cookbook, I had to get it. Anyone who has an Instant Pot should consider getting this cookbook. Jeff puts a lot of effort into making his recipes delcious and easy, especially for beginners. I love my Instant Pot, but didn't have a great recipe guide - until this cookbook. Anyone who gets this cookbook will not be disappointed, plus it is reasonably priced.
Seriously! I had my Instant Pot for three weeks before I got up enough courage to try using it. The first thing I cooked was eggs (hard boiled). No more peeling away half the egg! ! I've also tried the Brown Rice & Beans (I LOVE beans), Chicken Marsala, Lentil Soup, and Hot & Sour Soup. I don't think any of the recipes in this book, or the author's other book, could be a disappointment. Well worth the money!
First off, this is a nice book with clear instructions, helpful pictures and recipes that normal people might actually use on a regular basis. Some ingredients that might be hard to come by in the UK (the writer is American). However the book is miss-selling itself. It's not an instant pot cook book. It's a pressure cooking cook book that happens to be done in an instant pot. Every recipe uses either high or low pressure cooking with an occasional sauté. It's a multi cooker. A cook book that only uses two of the options seems a bit of a waste.
So excited! Jeffrey Eisner of PressureLuck Cooking released an Instant Pot cookbook, and I just had to get my copy ASAP at Target. Before I used the Instant Pot, I watched his videos probably a million times on YouTube. I was nervous, didn’t know what I was doing, but he literally shows every step of what to do in each of his recipes. His step-by-step instructions make it look effortless to learn how to use the Instant Pot. This book does the same! Super excited to be able to learn more things to cook in the Instant Pot!
